Junon Macéus is an author with a background in health sciences, with a B.A.Sc. in Nutrition and a B.Sc. in Human Kinetics. Throughout her academic career, she has done research within the health science field. She volunteered at the University of Toronto Sexual Education Center. She is the author of the novelette The Mandatory Orgasm (2008) and writes about various aspects of sexuality and relationships through my monthly TMO e-newsletter (2009-present).
Once Junon started exploring energy work, she discovered her gift as an unusually powerful healer. By training with various energy modalities and through careful experimentation, Junon learned how to use the full potential of what comes naturally to her. The results have been impressive. After one session, some people have reported that they have been healed from ailments such as depression, diabetes type 2, menstrual cramps, insomnia, acid reflux and chronic constipation.
She has completed Level 1 and Level 2 of the Therapeutic Touch program and has created an Energy Healing CD (2013) for her clients.
The Mandatory Orgasm depicts the journey of a young dietitian, who is told by her family doctor that unless she has an orgasm with her fiancé, she will remain childless. This unusual phenomenon is said to affect a growing number of the female population in North America. The young woman is therefore forced to face issues she ignored for years and start speaking her truth.
