    Kenneth Clark
    SFC, USA Retired

My name is Kenneth Clark and I grew up in South Florida in a city called Coconut Grove with my family of six. Life was difficult. The vast streets bore challenges to our curiosity, and as kids we took to the opportunity to the local parks for our adventures. As we got older we had to experience the life without a farther. This situation put us in a fast track life where we had to mature immediately.

I quckly understood the importance of preparation, hard work, and respect. I applied these values to my endevours by making an inventory of resources, planning my activities for efficiency, working on my goals every single day, and giving my body the necessary rest, it needed to operate. My upbringing has completely supported my development and I am thankful for it.
In December 1986 I enlisted in the United States Army and shipped to basic training on August 13, 1987. I never thought I would be a career soldier. I was an enlisted soldier for 20 plus years.
During my Career I was involved in the follow campaigns, Operation Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom

Klitschko-Fury Review Fury Shocks The World; New Unified Heavyweight Champ

    in Sports

It will go down as the biggest upset in a heavyweight title fight since Tyson-Douglas, but it will also go down as one of the most boring, uneventful heavyweight title fights in the history of boxing. Despite the lack of action, in Dusseldorf Germany today, Tyson Fury (25-0, 18 KOs) outpointed long-reigning champ Wladimir Klitschko (64-4, 53 KOs) in a unanimous decision victory by scores of 116-11, 115-112 X2.

This was the Ukrainian’s first loss in eleven years. Wladimir never seemed to let his hands go throughout the entire fight, and Fury was keen to keep moving around the ring and not get caught with one of Wladimir’s big right hands.

Wladimir had a career low in punches landed: 52 of 231 (23%). Fury only landed 86 out of 371 punches (23%), but was consistently landing at least one more shot per round than the champion was, and most rounds were virtually impossible to give to Wladimir: that is how inactive and gun shy he looked.

Coming Out of the Cocoon--The Next Level

    in Spirituality

Being in the dark can be frightening especially when we are there for a long period of time. Being in the cocoon is very important and it is the reason we are there to learn to find our inner light and expand it. Once we have expanded our light the Light itself will penetrate the cocoon but it takes a lot of practice to come out of the 'tomb'. It is where most of us end up being seized from fear and began to panic.

Once we are able to realize that it is not outside influences that gives us a bad day but the outside is a reflection of the inner conflict we are experiencing. It is our programming and there are many ways to change these programmes to bring you to your true authentic self.

Starting November 29, 2015 we will be having a discussion about Fears and situations that brought on some of them and how to release these blocks from our lives forever!! This will be a six weeks episode with five amazing guests who have succeeded against all odds and will be sharing with us their testimonials along with some tools that can assist us on our journeys. This is going to be a very powerful series that is bound to change the way you think about the darkest hours of your life and how it is the greatest blessing in your life.

I will be accepting calls for questions and hopefully will be able to help you in any of the struggles you are having in your career and personal life.
