Lucky's Debut Hit Single, "Love at First Sight"
You can say that Lucky was practically born with a microphone in his hand. The young star's love and passion for music, singing and dancing has been strong and immanent since before he can remember. As a little boy he would re-enact his favorite dance videos and perform at family functions. He often found himself entertaining friends at both school and local parties. These were his very first gigs. Before he even graduated high school, Lucky knew he was destined to become a musical artist. Lucky caught his first break in the industry when he was recognized at a talent show by the lead singer of 4AM, Miltwon Hughes (aka "Nu'Nu"). Recognizing Lucky's pristine vocals and captivating stage performance, Nu'Nu asked Lucky to join the very young male pop group to share in the lead vocals. The group's success quickly catapulted, and they were signed by Never Lose Publishing in June of 2012. Since signing with NLP, the group has performed in front of thousands of fans, most recently, at such venues as the Oracle Arena in Oakland, CA, and the Chicago RibFest, in Chicago, IL. Throughout their growth and emergence as the next big male pop group, 4AM has continued to support Lucky in his efforts to promote his solo career. Both T-Roc and Nu'Nu appeared on set for the filming of Lucky's solo debut music video, "Love at First Sight"…and rumor has it that Lucky just might be performing "Love at First Sight" during 4AM's up-and-coming, much-anticipated performance at the ChiTag event at Navy Pier on November 18, 2012.

Beginning her singing career at the early age of six years old, Shakila Lee is a well-traveled songstress with dreams of sharing her story with the world. Like so many other young girls, Shakila used Star Search and the Apollo as inspiration to perform, however she was priviledged to another way to hone her skills as an entertainer. With both parents serving with the U.S. Army, Shakila had the opportunity to showcase her talents in local talent shows and musical companies to all walks of life. Spending most of her time in Texas, without her parents, Shakila began a journey that many people do not experience until adulthood. Now as a young adult and as a student at UTA, Shakila makes it a priority to volunteer at Big Brother/Big Sister and other community orgnizations. Being no stranger to loneliness, Shakila realizes the importance of having an outlet to express yourself and gives her time to support people in need. "At times, growing up as an 'Army Brat' was difficult, especially when my parents were in Iraq, but it gave me time to dig deep and most importantly, write." - Shakila Lee. Writing music for her became a way to release emotion when no one was there to listen. With a completed project on the way, 19 year-old Shakila's first single "FYG" gives a glimpse into the life of a young lady with an edge. After linking with Independent Label Ghostown 8tz Music Group in September, Shakila has had the opportunity to grow with a family of musicians that are dedicated to producing quality music. Armed wth experience and talent Shakila Lee is ready to take the world by storm.

Robert D. Davis, p.k.a. “Rolls Royce Rizzy” was born in Oakland California in December of 1990 but raised in the DC/MARYLAND/VIRGINIA (DMV) doesn’t have the usual story you might hear when you speak to most hip-hop artists. Due to his father serving in the United States Navy, Rizzy along with his family relocated overseas to Tokyo, Japan where he began laying the foundation for his future career in music. During his time abroad, Rizzy linked up with another well know recording artist, "Lil Scrappy" (G$UP/S-LINE). The two stayed in contact and Scrappy quickly grew to respect Rizzy’s talent and drive and offered the young artist an opportunity to sign with his label G$UP/S-LINE, and begin working on his project with him in Atlanta. Rizzy took the opportunity, and quickly began working on his first major USA mixtape release “Body Bag Musik” in June 2011. In April 2012, Rizzy followed up with 2 releases, the first mixtape release "Yall Sleep" Hosted by Dj Love Dinero (Bricksquad Monopoly) and Dj Hood, which featured the hit single "Body Bag" and features from artists such as Young Buck, Lil Scrappy, K-Major, Princess (Crime Mobb) , Shawty Boy, and more. During this time, Rizzy was also featured on Lil Scrappy's single "Helicopter" feat "2 Chainz", and "Twista" off "Tha Grustle" Album under G$UP/Fontana/Universal. The success of that project launched Rizzy into main stream status in the artist community. Following up that release performing in over 30 cities across the country touring with Lil Scrappy. In September 2012, he released his most current mixtape "God Got Me" hosted by Dj Smallz (Southern Smoke) and Dj Era. The project included the hit single "No Time" featuring Taylor Gang's "Chevy Woods" and other artists such as Sean Falyon, Hal Linton, Mullage, & Y

One of your biggest competitive advantages is knowing yourself. The more you are able to understand yourself, the better equipped you are to deal with issues and problems on a daily basis, especially those that take you out of your comfort zone. Self-knowledge allows you to change any of your own inhibiting actions and unleash your creative abilities.
Personal growth can be difficult. it requires us to evaluate where we are and whether or not things are working in our lives. If they aren't working, we need to change. And, managing change can be stressful whether we instigated it or it has been created by an external force. Being cognizant of this and strategically planning the change for personal growth are both critical factors to a successful outcome.
Most human beings are uncomfortable with uncertainty. They resist change. They insist on doing things the old way. When this happens, it can produce stagnation and limit growth. People often resist anything that requires effort. Given the choice of doing something that requires little effort or doing something that is difficult, most people opt for the easy.
What about you? Do you make the practice of self-evaluation a habit? It's surprising that only a small percentage of people actually self-evaluate. You can greatly improve your effectiveness when you know yourself. Have you changed? Are you trying to be the way you've always been? Or, are you looking for new and different ways to do things.

All of us are touched by cancer in some way. We have it, someone we know has it, someone we love has it, or we've lost someone who has had it. We don't go through life cancer-free.
Even though traveling the cancer road was a rocky and difficult journey, our Choices host, Judi Moreo, has some interesting insights to share about the lessons learned while on this journey. The path through cancer has some enormous potholes, scary cliffs, and winding roads. It requires discipline, work, and change, and yet it is filled with excitement, discoveries, and life lessons which can bring us to a new and better place.
Through her personal story and practical suggestions, Judi shows us that cancer and fear are messages to change our lifestyle. Dr. James Sensenig, Founding President, of American Association of Naturopathic Physicians said about Judi, "She gets it! Judi understands the question is not 'What kind of treatment do I undergo?' but "How do I heal myself?' Her personal experiece with cancer taught her to recognize that recovery from chronic illness is often a recovery from an unhealthy life in many ways."
Listen in -- even if you don't have cancer -- you may get some ideas on how to stay healthy and not have to experience such a difficult journey.
