PARENTS vs LITTLE TERRORS!
Parents you can be generous without turning your children into entitled little brats-terrors.
By giving yourchildren everything you can, you will in most cases create a spoiled, entitled brat.
The consequences can be severe: temper tantrums, whiny complainers. Fact, spoiled children are more likely to grow into financially dependent, irresponsible adults plagued by over-spending and debt
Why do some parents want their children to have everyting for FREE. The reality, the REAL WORLD doesn't work that way.
Why do parents indulge...etc.
Talk to your children about...etc.
Set an example...etc.
Learn to say 'NO'...etc.
So we talk some NFL this week, will Josh Gordon see the field again and should the NFL even test for Marijuana. NBA Free agent movement. Also what type of fans are your friends/collegues? Do they know sports or do they just think they know sports? I ran into one of these guys and see my take.
In SC, Graham defeated 6 challengers, out-spending ALL of them $12mil to $1mil! In VA, Brat CRUSHED the #2 House RINO, Majority Leader Cantor. Grassroots conservatives and libertarians delivered the first EVER defeat of a sitting Majority Leader! Cantor spent $2mil+ against Brat with less than $200K!
Focus on the defeats and give up, or focus on the victories and become over-confident which leads to appropriation and defeat again. Or, be realists and take courage from our victories, fight harder to gain more and learn from the defeats.
While the foreign wars are important–we can’t stop them by complaining. The POTUS’s RINO enablers in Congress won’t stop pushing for more wars, while employing rhetoric to gain ‘conservative’ support in the hopes that we’ll put them in charge. The real battle is in the House election for a new Majority Leader. The RINO hacks want their #3 man, McCarthy, to keep the status quo. Conservatives, libertarians and anyone who wants to see Constitutional government restored MUST work together to elect a Majority Leader who will support Constitutional restraint. We also have to take Brat’s victory and duplicate it in the rest of the primaries. Nominate conservatives and libertarians–defend people like Amash and get people like Miller and McDaniel to replace the establishment’s RINO hacks.
Tyranny is assured UNLESS liberty-loving people must band together against the rising tide of collectivism. Grassroots conservatives and libertarians MUST work together to ensure the restoration of constitutionally limited government–it is up to you. End the imperialist police state and to defeat the Democrat-Socialists-first you MUST CRUSH the RINOs, for liberty!

As further evidence of the unpredictable political landscape in America today, the unpredictable happened - House, GOP Leader Eric Cantor was defeated in the Virginia Primary by little-known Dr. David Brat/
To some, the defeat at the hands of a Tea-Party candidate, spells the doom for the GOP, as invariably, Democrats will play the "extreme-right" card, which has been to a great extent, a successful strategy.
In this, the pervasive issue seems to be the contentious issue of immigration "reform", which, with the defeat of Cantor, may in a death spiral.
Also in the news, it seems that Barack Obama's decision to withdraw troops from Iraq, has created a security vacuum, which seems to have been filled by the group, known as ISIS (Islamic State in Iraq and Syria). According to reports, they have managed to take over significant portions of Iraq.
Pressed for a response, Mr. Obama at a press conference on Friday, stated that he would decide on military support for Iraq, in the "days ahead".
What must be considered in this, are the tenuous relations between the Shia and Sunni communities. At 60%, the former are in the majority, with the Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, being one. However, ISIS, purportedly with its origins from Al-Qaeda in Iraq, identifies itself as Sunni.
Clearly, this is a tinderbox, through which only those with level heads, will be able to effectively navigate.
And speaking of immigration, did you hear or read about the immigration problem in Texas? Apparently, there was a drop-off of sorts, mainly children, which has officials here, trying to find the best means of reuniting them with their families. For sure, this issue will be used as a litmus test for some, as a commitment to good will and compassion - more directly put, how far the country takes immigration "reform".

Sure, it was the time of big hair, glam bands ... and SAVED BY THE BELL's "Screech"! But also a decade where legendary "old school" film makers such as John Huston, Billy Wilder and Stanley Kubrick were still cranking out popular entertainment alongside a new generation of "movie brats" named Scorcese, Spielberg, Kasdan and a young up-and-comer called Cameron. Never before in the history of cinema had classic technique and new tech merged to such a creative degree - producing a murderer's row line up of films which still influence (and are still being imitated and remade by) the industry today. In this special edition of THE GRINDHOUSE, Craig & Jim review the current CAPT. AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER and NOAH; then welcome screenwriters Josh Coffman and Neil Gaughan to break down THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK, TOP GUN, 48HRS and more iconic bad-assed 1980s era classics. Fire up the Walkman, pop in a VHS tape, crack open a brewski and join the fun!

Recent events have shown that the little snot-nosed brats of the rich and spoiled might be spending a little time with Bubba on cell block 'C'. "Daddy I need a quater million for bail" and other tales of the rich and stupid. Feeding frenzy reported amongst the criminal defense fraternity in the tony lily-white burbs of Philly. New valet parking offered at county courthouse due to recent arrests. More news from potheads come in all flavors...an eye doctor from the same place as the righ and the spoiled, operating grow room in home with daughter...pot as the bond for better familial relations.
Aside from what was a very fortunate kind of fluke this last week on NBC Sports, 2014 just hasn't panned out very well thus far. A quarter of the way through the calendar year, and we now finally have a significant fight that, on paper, should be competitive and potentially exciting. 2013 turned us into boxing brats, never mind the decades of great scrapping before that. But here we are, staring Tim Bradley vs. Manny Pacquiao II right in the eyes. The rest of the, ahem...Pay Per View card is barely worth mentioning, which sucks. But joining James Foley of Bad Left Hook and Queensberry Rules' Patrick Connor this week is BLH founder and editor Scott Christ. Thanks for tuning in!
