KKSE: Wisconsin hires John Settle; Badgers men's basketball captures B1G title

    in Sports

We'll play post-game audio from the Wisconsin Badgers' victory over the Michigan State Spartans, which clinched at least a share of the Big Ten regular season championship. How far can Bo Ryan, Frank Kaminsky and Wisconsin go?

The Badgers officially hired John Settle as their running backs coach (again). We'll discuss the hire and what his return means to head coach Paul Chryst's offense and on the recruiting trail.

At 8:15, the Green Bay Press Gazette's Wes Hodkiewicz stops on to talk about the Green Bay Packers' offseason. No more A.J. Hawk, Brad Jones, and Brandon Bostick, but could there be no Randall Cobb as well after the Packers didn't place the franchise tag on him?

Plus, we'll talk Milwaukee Bucks and the breaking news of LeSean McCoy being traded to the Buffalo Bills -- could Melvin Gordon be heading to the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL Draft possibly?

CRAZY NATION RADIO. INSANE ASYLUM. I SURE DO MISS THE OLD PLACE

    in Politics

The rise of the lunatic asylum and its gradual transformation into, and eventual replacement by, the modern psychiatric hospital, explains the rise of organized, institutional psychiatry. While there were earlier institutions that housed the 'insane,' the arrival at the answer of institutionalisation as the correct solution to the problem of madness was very much an event of the nineteenth century.

To illustrate this with one regional example, in England at the beginning of the nineteenth century there were, perhaps, a few thousand "lunatics" housed in a variety of disparate institutions but by 1900 that figure had grown to about 100,000. That this growth should coincide with the growth of alienism, now known as psychiatry, as a medical specialism is not coincidental.[1]:14

The Signalis Show: The Immigration Issue

    in News

Defefending Conservative Values and the Constitution

The one thing that most americans have in common-other than being americans- is the fact we all  have ancestors that were immigrants to the US at some point in history. However, what we have today is an immigration situation that is out of control and getting worse everyday. And in true Obama form, the President issued an Executive Order to shield 5 million ILLEGAL Immigrants from deportation: in blatant defiance of the Constitution and the rule of law. Furthermore, the President, his administration and the Democart Party take the position that any discussion against ILLEGAL immigration is racist on it's face. However, the american people are smarter than  the bitter" sour grapes" liberals. The liberals can't seem to grasp the concept that if you enter the US without permission, then you have committed a crime.  That by definition is a criminal act. We'll duscuss what the liberals are afraid to discuss.
