This week on Women Warriors, Wed at Noon ET on Jul 23rd, our special guest is Jane Koegh. Jane will be discussing the topic of “The Way Out is In -- It's an Inside Job. ” Join us on Women Warriors to find out how.
Jane Keogh has owned and run her own businesses since 1991 when she vowed never to be employed again, after a legal dispute with her then employers. After a full and interesting life peppered with challenges, Jane realises how much easier life would have been had she not stressed and worried so much (easy to say in hindsight) and that armed with the right tools there is an easier way. She relentlessly pursued further knowledge and training in life planning, goal setting, mind mapping, Silva, behavioral profiling and NLP; all of which are great tools, yet Jane still felt there must be something else.
Returning from a two year stint in Zambia at the end of 2012, Jane found herself at yet another set of crossroads. After a mental battle with herself, she decided to hang up her entrepreneurial shoes and take some time out. Freeing her mind generated a feeling that something fundamental was missing but she wasn’t quite sure what…By chance she was invited to a two day event in London, which she nearly didn’t attend. The result led Jane to Zurich, where she trained as a Human Software Engineer under Tom Stone, the founder of this work, whom she had met at that event. She was amazed at how simple but effective the tools are. And so her new company, Naked Soul was born. Quite simply, Jane’s mission is to help others get more of what they want. KML Design Solutions was created by Kelley Lopez at a point in her life when it was time to do some serious soul searching about how she wanted to contribute to the world. She’d spent her 20’s & 30’s raising a son and working to help build someone else’s business. While she felt lucky to be a key player in building a successful business and found the work very rewarding, it wasn’t her calling. After having renovated several investment homes and doing some interior design work for friends as a favor, it was clear that interior design is a something that Kelley has a passion for and comes naturally. Cut to 2010 and her son is now grown and doing well and Kelley has found herself in need of starting something new. She got her education from Interior Design Institute in Newport Beach and is a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association. She has enjoyed helping her clients’ realize their dreams of having a beautifully designed space. Her mission is to improve the lives of people by helping create beautiful, functional and comfortable spaces in the most cost effective manner while making the design process fun.
Kelley is also a professional singer. Something she’s been doing since childhood when her Mother taught her and her sisters how to harmonize. Her singing career has happened organically. She was offered a job to sing background with a large group for New Year’s Eve in 2004 and she’s been working ever since. She has a single on iTunes called “Where Does The Love Go” under the name Kelley Marie.
Kelley’s dream is to start a non-profit that donates furniture and housewares, and teaches life skills to people transitioning from halfway houses and battered women’s shelters.
When his son asked him to do a favor one day, Victor never imagined what the results would be. His son wanted help expanding his North American Power team into the new markets in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey.
Victor was a corporate professional working in engineering management and didn’t know much about expanding an energy choice team in various states, but when he became a Representative, he found that the free training and free webpage surprisingly helped him find fast success, and soon he became an Area Director.
“What I didn’t expect was an income that would allow me to spend time with my grandsons. When my kids were growing up, I had to spend 60 to 80 hours a week working, and saw so little of them. Now I have the pleasure of sharing this Opportunity to help lots of people with their own personal economic recovery.”
Victor’s wife is also looking forward to spending less time at her job. “That’s great, it’s already helping us meet our future goal of spending lots of time with our two grandsons, and not having to worry about finances while doing so. My suggestion for anyone considering the North American Power Opportunity is to just do it. If not this Opportunity, then what else? There are no more deregulated industries and North American Power is changing the playing field, in fact they’re changing the entire home-based business industry. Just do it!”
Hello Coaches and listening audience. We have made it to Week 9. As Commissioners we must pay tribute to all of our Coaches who gets their games in early because they do not hold up the League. Now for all of our other Coaches you need to do a better job of communicating with your opponent and scheduling your games.
Remember Coaches this is Sim League so mix up your playcalling and formations to create a fun but competitive style of play. We understand no one likes to lose but at the end of the day it is still a video game (recreational) part of our lives
For the first 18 or so years of your life, your parent’s job was to teach, provide and guide, often giving unsolicited advice or overriding your choices. Then comes the day when you’re grown and on your own, and your parents can’t seem to loosen their grip – allowing you to be an independent adult.
There are many adults who feel that their parents don’t know their place, and over-step their boundaries – going as far as picking the right man or woman as your mate; telling you how to raise your children; and even being too involved in your relationship or marriage.
On this episode of Hot Topics Talk Radio, we’re going to delve into those “controlling parents who won’t butt-out” of their adult children’s life.

If we take good strong look at what's happening around us today, there are so many people who have no hope. Somewhere along the way they've lost it or never had it. Some have never experienced the great hope that is found in Christ. So what is it that causes us to have weak faith and give up hope? Perhaps a lost job, a failing marriage, lost relationships, poor heath, and just losing it all. There are many circumstances that distract us and get our focus off Christ. And its not about thinking on the positive more than the negative, this idea too will pass away. Instead its all about fixing our gaze on Christ who walks with us through great difficulty, heartache as well as pain and suffering. When we place our trust in Almighty God, were saying we need help to see our way, we need guidance......And yes we need the experience of an everlasting hope thats only found in Christ alone.
Raise your hand if you feel 'trapped' by your job. I know that has been how I've felt a few times in my early career. Today we discuss this feeling and how it happens. Join me if you're ready to break from the job and take your life back!
