Blueshirt Underground Radio was founded in June of 2009, and is now in its sixth year of being the only live radio broadcast devoted to the New York Rangers. Hosted by lifelong Ranger fans Eddie "The Mouth" Gieck and Jim Schmiedeberg, Blueshirt Underground Radio is not some boring podcast that just drones on and on. It's a lively discussion of everything related to the Rangers, where nothing is off-limits. Rants about the players, announcers, and opponents are commonplace, and no one is off limits. It is a show that prides itself in dishing out tough love to the team it adores.
Not only is the show funny and entertaining, it is also fully interactive. It's the only radio show you can call into any time of year and talk Ranger hockey. We love taking calls, and we also chat with you in our live chatroom throughout the show. You can log into our chat using your Facebook account, or by registering on blogtalkradio.com

PWTorch editor Wade Keller hosts Interview Thursday with special guest Jim Ross on this week's show. Jim Ross reacts to Samoa Joe and Kevin Owens appearing on NXT and Raw this week, WWE’s brand split history and future prospects, TNA-DestAmerica, his schedule these days, Jerry Lawler documentary, the Divas Division, and more with live callers and email questions.
Jim and Jennifer welcome to the show Laura G. Wright, a mentor and coach who supports young adults to become the architects of their lives. According to her bio, she wants to live in a world where looking at cute pictures of animals counts as exercise, Coldplay frequently shows up at her house to hang out and put on concerts in her living room, and complete strangers smile and wave at each other for no reason.
With over fifteen years of experience working with teenagers, she has developed a coaching and mentoring program for high school students, and has written workshops for parents of teenagers to guide them in making wise investments in their children’s future. She has also been featured as a guest on the Hunterdon Chamber Radio show Living Consciously, where she has shared her expertise in working with young adults. She has received the Claes Nobel Educator of Distinction Award, and in 2011 was nominated for Teacher of the Year.
You can find her hanging out with her phenomenal husband, unabashedly digging through celebrity gossip online, and taking a bajillion photos of every single adorable thing her cats do.

Jim and I go way back. We've met up in several states on several occasions. His mind works a lot different than mine. He's an intelligent, analytical guy, while most of us (listener of this show any way) are not.
I remember when I made the switch, mentally, from salesman to a CEO it was not easy. Hell, who am I kidding? It still isn't easy for me to go through the numbers. Hell, at this point, I can't even find a CPA to do my damn taxes. But that's a whole other episode.
Listen in, as we talk business, numbers and sales. You'll be glad you did. There's a lot to be learned from JPF.
Join us for a conversation on groups and coalitions for family members of individuals with disabilities. Well discuss why they are important, and the types of activities, resources, advocacy, information, services and support they coordinate and provide. We'll also talk about how to organize a vibrant group in your community that gains support and members, and makes a positive impact!
Our guests are from the southeastern region of Pennsylvania. Joining us will be:
Sara Crimm of Families CCAN, a group of families of adults with disabilities who are working to find innovative solutions for employment, housing and community living for their adult family members.
Tara Horowitz of AutismGuards, a parent and guardian resource/networking group facilitating educational information and recreational resources for adolescents with ASD.
Jim Wurster of New Avenue Foundation, whose mission is is to create more meaningful lives for people with disabilities and autism, and to reduce dependence on the government programs that now support these individuals.
PA Independent Living Radio Show is brought to you Fridays at 12:00 pm EST by The Arc of Luzerne County. Please consider a donation in support of our work to help improve the quality of life for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and their families.
