TRYING TO FIT SOMETHING OLD INTO SOMETHING NEW DOESN’T WORK!   Mathew 9:17   Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved

La Literati welcomes writer Jim Landwehr

    in Books

Jim was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. In 2005, he took a class called Writing From Your Life, which focused on creative nonfiction. The class rekindled his love for writing. In 2009, he enrolled in AllWriters' Workplace and Workshop which provided a peer critique group that encouraged and stretched him as a writer.

Jim loves outdoor sports. It was his love of camping in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area in northern Minnesota that led him to write a memoir about trips he took to the area in the late '80's. The book was published by eLectio Publishing in June of 2014.

Jim's poetry collection, Written Life, was recently accepted for publication by eLectio Publishing and will be released on 3/31/2015. More information about his upcoming book release events can be found on his Events page.

CONNIE & MARTIN JORDAN METAPHYSICAL COMEDIUMS on "SIGNS OUR LOVED ONES SEND US"

    in Spirituality

Connie is an author of 2 books: “So these 2 Dead Guys Walk into a Bar,” a very funny, but educational account of her life living with a professional medium in God’s waiting room, aka Florida. Her 2nd book, “No Regrets,” a brutally honest account of the journey that she and her husband, Martin, took with their wonderful son, Andrew, through his Leukemia diagnosis and passing.

She has also studied with Doreen Virtue, PhD., and was a member of her core staff for 2 years staffing Doreen’s Angel Therapy Practitioner ® courses. She has also studied with medium, James Van Praagh. Connie works with clients who are stuck in the grieving process, and can’t seem to move forward.

Martin is a Psychic Medium, Hypnotherapist, Past Life Regressionist, Life Coach, and Singer/ Songwriter. He has studied and worked with Dr. Steven Farmer, Doreen Virtue, Ph.D., Dominic Flarey, CHt. DCH, (affliated with the American Board of Hypnotherapy,) and renowned Hypnotherapist, George Kappas, (one time husband of Florence Henderson – Carol Brady,) and founder of The Hypnosis Motivational Institute in California. Martin has been practicing and teaching mediumship for many years now, and has always been open to the fact that there is an easy way to do things and a hard way to do things. He has approached my life from both perspectives, and found that the easiest methods are the best when they work. Connie calls Martin her paranormal over-achiever.

Trust & Surrender Are NOT Passive

    in Spirituality

Join Sue Graywolf, Sharon Rainbow Eagle Bar - Or and Jim Graywolf for a powerful show on Ciracle Radio on Wednesday, May 27th at 1 PM MST, 3 PM EST, 8 PM London and 10 PM Israel time.

Often people think that trust & surrender do not include action but it is in our intention and action that the keep the light moving through us. Generating healing energy, for example, requires a lot of inner work of acceptance, trust and surrender.

Trust & surrender are part of the most important fundamentals of spiritual work and sometimes it takes a lot of practice to make it a life style. People were taught -"everything will work out just fine" if they are people of faith but the real, light, positive, healing energy can enter only if we make a move.

Even working as a hollow bone and 'allowing things to come or to bubble up' is not passive at all. We will share more about the connection between hollow bone medicine and trust & surrender and how they can change YOUR lives!

Bring your ideas, thoughts and comments as always. The talking stick is now YOURS! Hit the link below just before show time to join in.

We invite listeners to come and participate in the discussion and the sharing of knowledge. In addition, we thank all our listeners for truly “being” the shows we air. Join us!

HOW I DID NOT EXPLODE DUE TO THE WORLD'S BS, and NOW THRIVE

    in Education

STRESSED? (15 minute show, short but SWEET). Join the club. But then get over the stress and thrive.  How do you deal with a crazy world full of BS, racism, sexism, lies, rape, war, theft ... did I say racism? :-( We can either explode and react in a very violent way, it ain't that hard, but the system is waiting for that so they can kill or jail the individual and blame the entire community (REX 84) or you can withdraw and become depressed, and stay in a shell waiting for your number at age 60 or 90.  Another alternative, live life fully, realize what is in your control and what isn't and take things in stride.  Do what you can when you can with what you have, for other things put them on the back burner, and for ever things else in the words of Mr. Alphabet, abcde F it. I hope you benefit from my experiences: Molested, lived on street, emotionally tortured, physically abused in other ways, financial damnation, hunger, suicide attempts, etc.   And here I am, about to make another birthday, and lived beyond most of my heroes.  Damn.  It ain't easy, but I think I'm getting the hang of life.  Thank you.
