Near the end of probably the most important week of all of their campaigns so far, many of the "Arizona Crew" return to the Social Spitball Show. On Tuesday, August 19, the deadline to raise enough $5 donations to qualify as "Clean Elections" candidates passed. This coming Tuesday, August 26 is the Arizona Primary Election. Our "Arizona Crew" is honoring Barbara and Bram by making one of their final pitches to voters before the primary on our show.
On our last show, we hosted a Texas trio of candidates who had great visions for representing the people. We had such a great time, we're heading down to Lone Star state again this Sunday!
*Our first guest is Steve Brown, candidate for Texas Railroad Commission. Steve considers himself a public advocate for the Railroad Commission (RRC). He has 5 pillars for reforming & improving the RRC: establishing an Office of Public Advocacy, Adequate Funding, Staff Training & Development, Environmental Stewardship, as well as Job Creation & Workforce. Tune in around quarter after 7pm Eastern to learn more about these pillars of strong and safe railroad advocacy in Texas: http://www.electstevebrown.com/
*James Cargas is man with Capitol Hill & White House experience, along with progressive ideals and a legal mind, running for Congress in Texas. Mr. Cargas has vast experience in environmental law and advocacy. His voice is quite needed in a state that has a private sector that has made $Billions and has scarred the environment in the process. Catch James' wonderful voice for the environment and other issues about a quarter to 8pm Eastern: http://www.jamescargas.com/
*Our final guest and second Congressional candidate of the evening is running in a very famous Congressional race. Wesley Reed's opponent is in Bill Maher's Final Four in the #FlipADistrict contest. Wesley is already a "friend of the show," having appeared on our show back in April. Wesley is a Marine veteran from a working class military family. As a current FedEx pilot, Wesley has some great insight on terrorism and job creation. Catch this amazing candidate around 8:20pm Eastern: http://www.wesleyreed.com/

Seriously as you look at this well funded group of thugs, do you see the fear and lack of commitment by the 2 empires to tackle this menace? Islam has created a issue that we the rest of the world need to allow them to simply get themselves out of it. The congress and the President have simply made it clear we have limited help and limited will to tackle this group.
So whats next for the once great empires of Briton, and The USA ?
I will tell you what we need to do you may not like it but hey its my show.
A meeting of the minds, if so inclined, with memories of habits that drove us insane. A free exchange of facts, that transform, reshape and implications that engage thoughts that there is a better way.
A.A. Meetings are a cross between a self-help program, group therapy and a revival meeting.
Meeting formats and procedure are as diverse as there are groups. I have been to meetings all over most of these United States and some foreign countries including Mississippi.
In the early 1960’s when wife swapping was in vogue, an A.A group formed around this platform of depravity. A moral indignant railed to Bill W as to the potential black eye to A.A. and the dark cloud of guilt by association. Bill W asked are they staying sober? The emphatic reply yes they are, Bill exclaimed that every group has the right to be wrong.
It only takes two things to start a new A.A. group: resentment and a coffee pot. The coffee pot is optional

Diane Grimble Ministries & Friends is proud to present "Failure is not an option" Hosted by Dr. James Thompson.
Failure is not an Option combines the lessons taught to a young man by War, life and God. Its focus is on the separation and fragmentation in the church today that’s caused by the leaders of the church. Other areas discussed include, the weight of ministry, the value of training, traits of a good leader that were taught in the military. A brief discourse on the Anti-Christ mindset, the spirits of Jezebel, Witchcraft and Lucifer, Leadership styles and types, operating under the spirit of excellence from the door to the pulpit. A brief discourse on certain church protocols for the leader, Deliverance, an example of a Code of conduct for men and women of God and a small summary of the authors thoughts on the church, the home and God’s prototype for a leader. Also God’s prototype for Christ Jesus our high priest.
The Mystery man Melchizedek. Church we are at war 24/7 and the correct mindset is essential and Failure is not an option
2 Co 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

Bob Grant visits us again, and it's more than we hoped! Beginning at the 22:00 mark, is a powerful, possibly controversial conversation about Ray Rice, Roger Goodell, the public furor and racisim. Bob's sentiment, thoughts and observations about this current scandal tugging at the NFL are quite insightful and unique. The first segment is a continuation from an earlier episode about the very important discussion and the business of retired NFL players and the recently formed Players Congress, LLC. The work retired players Bob Grant, Marvin Cobb, Woody Campbell, Bruce Jarvis, and several others along with retired players wives Jo Bielskie and Jane Arnett are engaged in is not the main focus of the Real Football Wives program...but should be a part of every conversation regarding the business of NFL retirees. If you have questions not answered here, go to www.playerscongress.com for contact information.
ISIS or ISIL the hot topics that seem to never go away. I know how to make them go away you may not like my idea. They are cowards hiding behind masks.
Sharia Law the real threat we ignore.
Congress our only outlet to any reasoning, why we have to keep ignoring the truth about the two party system is beyond me
Education budget, do we make sense of its role in our schools? I cant....
Oh by the way we never stick to the script so you listen at your own risk.

After spending his teens and most of his 20s playing in rock bands, Ontario's TERRY FERNIHOUGH made a decision to quit, and put his energy into what he really loved, which was writing songs. Terry explains that he was "too rock for country in the 80s, and too country for rock." Then everything changed. Some called it "New Country", some called it "Country Rock". Terry just called it good music. As time has moved forward, his tastes have broadened even further into more traditional country, folk, and even contemporary country, which has moved even farther away from its traditional base. He feels very fortunate to write with some of the most talented artists on the Canadian country music scene. These artists have been nominated for CCMA Awards, ECMAs, provincial country music awards in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario, and two of them are even Juno nominees. Terry will talk about songwriting and will share two of his songs recorded by Canadian country artists Donny Parenteau & Sarah Beth Keeley.

Notable performances include the 2010 Grey Cup Huddle Town Stage, The Honda Indy Ultimate Street Party and the Taste of Edmonton. Her debut album is set to release soon with the lead single I'm Letting Go which will hit Canadian Country radio on September 16th!
