Scott Cluthe talks with Monty Joynes and takes listeners calls for this gifted Channeler & Author.
Monty is co-author of books from James Redfield and neale Donald Walsch and other award winners.
Confessions of a Channeler is the candid account of how an ego-centered man had the experience of channeled wisdom after he was able to end the incessant flow of conflicted and fragmented thoughts that were his barriers to happiness. Here revealed are his methods and the actual text of more than 125 channeled messages. With its mysticism removed, there is a way for anyone to access the universal source of unlimited wisdom through channeling.
Confessions is also the autobiographical love story of how Spirit works in the bonding of a married couple who face the challenges of raising three daughters in today’s social dynamic.
The path to peace and personal fulfillment is available to anyone who can learn to listen.
Suspense Radio in partnerned with Partners in Crime tours is pleased to have author Scott Miller on the show today. Scott will be talking about his latest book "Counterfeit". For a closer look into the book, here you go:
The last person social worker Mitch Adams wants to hear from is St. Louis Homicide Detective JoJo Baker, a man with whom Mitch shares a tangled past. Baker wants Mitch to counsel Lonnie Washington, a disabled African-American arrested for counterfeiting and armed robbery. The evidence points to an open and shut case, but Baker insists it's not so black and white. Reluctantly, Mitch agrees and discovers there is more to the story-more than enough to get them both killed. At first Lonnie won't cooperate, but as he begins to open up, Mitch is convinced that the true criminal is not the man behind bars, but the prosecutor who put him there-a man with far-reaching political ambitions, the approval of the public, and his very own Secret Service detail. With millions in near-perfect fake $100 bills up for grabs, Mitch's life hinges on the word of a counterfeiter, the greed of a prosecutor, and his refusal to go down without a fight.
What is the Shemitah? Does it apply to the United States and the church today?
My guest today is author and bible scholar, Dave James of Biblical Integrity.org.
Dave is the author of "The Harbinger, Fact or Fiction.
What is the source of quarrels and conflicts among you?
Is not the source your pleasures that wage war in your members?
You lust and do not have; so you commit murder. You are envious and cannot obtain; so you fight and quarrel. You do not have because you do not ask. You ask and do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures.
You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Or do you think that the Scripture speaks to no purpose: “He jealously desires the Spirit which He has made to dwell in us”?
But He gives a greater grace. Therefore it says, “God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
Be miserable and mourn and weep; let your laughter be turned into mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you.
Do not speak against one another, brethren. He who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks against the law and judges the law; but if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge of it. There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the One who is able to save and to destroy; but who are you who judge your neighbor?
Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, and spend a year there and engage in business and make a profit.” Yet you do not know what your life will be like tomorrow. You are just a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away.
Instead, you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and also do this or that.” But...
