OKLEVUEHA: James Flaming Eagle Mooney of L.E.A.P. on Time 4 Hemp Radio

    in Religion

    Prerecorded... no call-ins please.

A complilation and condensation of James W. Flaming Eagle Mooney's four broadcasts on Time 4 Hemp Radio on behalf of L.E.A.P. a/k/a Law Enforcemant Against Prohibition.

James is a former narcotics officer from Hurricane, Utah and a founder of Olevueha Native American Church.

    Who We Are…

…is not as important as what we are doing and why we are doing it. There has been a concerted effort over the last two centuries to destroy the Indigenous American Native Religious Culture. It is sad enough that the lifestyle of living in harmony with Mother Earth and Father Sky by living a nomadic existence in order to not destroy the plants and animals, but harvest them with respect and moderation has been taken away, but the blessings of the Indigenous American Native Religious healing traditions (Oklevueha Native American Church) have been suppressed and taken to the verge of extinction. This Religious tradition uses plants and herbs along with ceremonies to heal body, mind and spirit and assist with the transitions of life that we all experience as opposed to most chemicals that create dependency, and technical approaches that invade and disrespect our very being.

In essence, all of us involved in this effort have spent our lives learning, teaching, assisting and sacrificing in order to preserve and share these healing traditions. Some of us have done so consciously, but many have been prepared by a higher power through the things we have experienced to see and understand the wisdom and blessings of the Indigenous American Native Religious Culture and what the whole world can receive from it if they only will.

Oklevueha - James Flaming Eagle Mooney on Freedom's Phoenix & Guerilla Radio

    in Religion

    Prerecorded... no call-ins please

James W. Flaming Eagle Mooney's past interviews on Guerilla Radio and Freedoms Phoenix Radio.

Former Washington County, Utah Undercover Narcotics Officer James "Flaming Eagle" Mooney, a direct descendant of Osceola, which was proven by a US Gov't DNA investigation into his background and entered into US federal court records.

“I realized that I was not the solution; I was part of the problem.”

James Mooney spent more than a decade in Utah State law enforcement and the State Department of Corrections, during which he was a zealous enforcer of the drug war. James was told by his supervisor, Hurricane Police Officer Kim Segmiller, that during his time undercover, he took down more people for drug charges than all the other confidential informants in the state of Utah combined. In 1993, he was given the Citizen’s Award of Commendation from the State of Utah, signed by Governor Mike Leavitt.

But his decade of ardent drug law enforcement also gave James the perspective that finally made him see he was not solving any problem. In fact, he was making it worse. “I was going after them with a vengeance,” he says. “One day, I was listening to a couple of confidential informants who were wired inside of a house. They were making a buy. Suddenly, I heard a little boy inside the house cry out for his mother, who along with the father would be put in prison for ten years as a result of what I was doing. It became vividly clear to me that I was not part of the solution to the drug challenge our nation is facing; rather, I was a contributing factor to enhancing the demising effect the war on drugs has on America’s families.”

Seminole Medicine Man James Flaming Eagle Mooney, Oklevueha NAC Co-Founder

    in Religion

    NEW on 10/12/2014!

In this episode, James Flaming Eagle Mooney discusses the miracles associated with the DEA's miserbly failed prosecution of him in 2005, and the egregious falsehoods the DEA presented to a federal grand jury. Oklevueha branches now have prosecutors in of losing their cases against our members in Arizona, Oregon and elsewhere.

James explains how Oklevueha Native American Church is growing by leaps and bounds. Dozens of new branches and hundreds of new members are joining our nascent movement, and those branches and members are beginning to have as the same impact in national governments and public policy and they have heretofore had on the personal lives of our members. There is even some talk of James having audience with His Holiness Pope Francis because of is work with The Knights Hospitaller.

A nightmarish childhood experience moved James Warren “Flaming Eagle” Mooney to take up one of the oldest jobs in North American history. Once charged with a dozen felonies for giving peyote to ‘non-Native Americans’ in religious ceremonies, Mooney’s legal battle culminated in a landmark court ruling that protected him from prosecution in Utah courts.

James Mooney and Russ Jensen: Oklevueha Native American Church's Legal Authority

    in Religion

James Flaming Eagle Mooney and Russ Jensen are our guests tonight, discussing the legal status and situation of a number of ONAC members. But equally important and effective for those not practicing members of a Native American Church, and is also very timely for the event coming up in April in Sedona, Arizona - and how these doctrines and principles, Law of Necessity, Constitutional Law, Law of Nations, Federal and State Legislative Acts and Court decisions, along with an understanding of the Doctrine Of Negligence, many of these doctrines and Laws  most people have never heard of, can be used to establish, individually, and collectively as communities and societies, an UNSHAKABLE FOUNDATION OF LAWFUL AUTHORITY to support, compliment and dovetail perfectly, specifically, purposefully with the plan and message of the Eagle Queztal Condor Conference and the manuscript of the Elders as detailed and outlined in the manuscript the 4th Way, which I will also be discussing, and showing by direct correlated examples that everyone can read and determine for themselves, as to how so many of the important founding documents, legislative Acts and other Statutes and Law along with messages from indigenous groups and Elders from around the planet have been purposefully, intentionally put into place for our use in these end time days which we are all blessed and have been called upon to participate in, whether or not that calling is consciously recognized and embraced

I am  encouraging your audience to begin to read and educate themselves with, because this Planet needs all of us.

Seminole Medicine Man James WFE Mooney Oklevueha Native American Church Founder

    in Religion

James ‘Flaming Eagle’ Mooney is an American Native Black Seminole, and a bloodline descendant of Seminole Medicine Man and War Chief Osceola and his escaped African American slave wife. James is also the namesake and bloodline descendant of one James Mooney, Irish-Scottish son of Irish Catholic immigrants, and American born U.S. Citizen.  James Mooney was employed as an Ethnologist at the Smithsonian Institute, Washington D.C. Here is an account of three men doing everything in their power to assist the indigenous peoples and their ancient ceremonies of North America to survive the onslaught of atrocities perpetrated by misguided United States government agencies for more than 200 years.

War Chief Osceola was an influential Seminole leader who fought the United States to a standstill in the Florida Everglades, during the second Seminole War, also known as the Florida War of 1835.  James’s ancestral family fought the U.S. military in an attempt to stop the expulsion of our First Nations people from their ancestral homeland and bringing about the deliberate annihilation of our indigenous culture.

In 1918, James’s forefather James Mooney fought a war of words before Congress, successfully halting the passage of a Peyote law that was designed to make illegal the entire American Native way of life. Pointedly, the dominant Christian religious mainstream sought to end our earth-based ceremonies and healing and empowerment rites, supplanting these traditions with those imported from across the seas.  Of late, this codified denial of our constitutionally guaranteed religious freedom was promoted and enforced by a federal agency known as the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA).  James’s great grandfather’s successful defense of our sacrament before Congress was a first step in a long journey to restore and maintain our ancient heritage.

Host Faith Chatham presents special guest Texas Radio Hall of Fame broadcaster Tony Bridge, Jr. and newspaper woman, author, civil rights activist and former radio station news director Gail K. Beil. We'll look back over the past 60 years of media and compare it with today. Mr. Tony Bridge, Jr. acquired ownership of an AM/FM station in the East Texas market in the 1950s. Faith and Gail met in the early 1970s while employed at a Harte Hanks Communication daily newspaper in that same market. Together Gail and Faith have worked for at least 5 national newspaper chains. Tony experiences extends far beyond his local station. Faith has owned and operated creative shops, independent "full-serviice" advertising agencies and marketing companies, and served as media consultant for DFW based Fortune 500 Companies. At one time Gail was the News Director at a Radio Station in Marshall, Texas in competition with Tony Bridge's station. Gail has done advance work for Bill Moyers, covered environmental, political, education and historical beats. She is best known as the biographer of James Farmer, Jr. and was recently awarded the Denzel Washington Team Support Award for her service to the Wiley Great Debaters. This will be a live show. When these three old friends get together, the conversation is usually brisk, informative, unpredictable, and humorous!
