A family business seeped in history was the clear message conveyed when we had Jack Daniel’s assistant master distiller on the Fall Wet Your Whistle Series last Wednesday; his own grandfather was master distiller there in the 1950’s. Who better than to talk about Mr. Jack’s history, as Fletcher affectionately refers to the patriarch, than his own great grandniece, Lynn Tolley, who will be joining us on the show Wednesday October 22nd live at noon!
Chris tells us that the recipe for Jack Daniels No. 7 has remained the same for over 150 years, but Lynn, a relative AND taste tester, will speak to us about the evolution of the brand, the whiskey and the process of its making.
Last week, we did not get to unravel the origin of the “tales of mischief, revelry and whiskey”, but this Wednesday we plan on wiping the dirt off both those stories, and the rest of the family secrets.

Alright, losing 3-0 to Arsenal is fine. Doing the same to Chelsea? Acceptable. A 2-0 loss that was competitive for 82 minutes to Manchester City was even, dare we say it, encouraging. But 3-0 to Everton? A team that had allowed more goals than any other in the Premier League? Well, that's just infuriating.
And it doesn't help that Aston Villa played terribly to boot.
Jack and Robert are back to dissect yet another loss. Four in a row in a stretch that we knew was capable of producing exactly that kind of run. And in fact, that's the only thing keeping most Villa fans sane right now. Lose 3-0 to QPR on Monday, though, and you can bet we all lose that tenuous grasp.

Natural Strength Night is an informative, humorous, sometimes a little raucous, good-time of myth busting and honest training information from the trenches. We strive to help everyone involved with old school strength training (without steroids) to not make some common training mistakes. Along with great information, you'll hear a fair share of steroid bashing, flamingo sightings, breaking goons, iron game history, and honest drug-free training information from various leaders and strength coaches in the field to help you get real results! If your primary training information comes from reading "Muscle & Fiction" magazine we'll help get you straightened out. If you love high-intensity strength training, dinosaur style training and just like lifting heavy weights ... or loved Jack Lalanne, Sandow, Grimek, Peary Rader's old Iron Man magazine, Brad Steiner's articles, Stuart McRobert's Hardgainer, Iron Nation, Osmo Kiiha's The Iron Master, you will love the show.
Bow Hunting Deer "The Kit"
on American Preppers Radio!
9:00pm/Est 8:00pm/Ct 7:00pm/Mt 6:00pm/Pt

Today I will do a show on my “kit” for bow hunting and why I carry what I carry. This will not include the basic items I carry for any trip to the woods, you know basic survival stuff like water, food, etc.
I am going to stick just to my kit for archery hunting, I will say a bit on the bow too, but most of that will be on a later show. I will also talk about the type of knife I like for deer hunting, even though you always carry a knife. Due to how flipping busy I am this week, todays show will be a little shorter than typical.

The practice of mediation is largely unregulated throughout the United States. In contrast to more formalized professions, such as nursing, social work, law, medicine or accounting, mediators generally have a fraction of the training, have no required ethics code, and no minimum quality testing. Dr. Goetz will chronicle current efforts in voluntary mediator certification underway in California to raise the level of mediator education and training and require a binding ethics code to serve the public.
Dr. Goetz has trained hundreds of mediators during the last 7 years through the California State University system. Prior to developing the mediation program, he was the founding Dean and President of Concord Law School, the first nationally accredited online law school. Dr. Goetz advocates for a stronger sense of professionalism in the field of mediation, and recently co-authored with Dr. Jennifer Kalfsbeek the article “Serving the Public: The Case for Formally Professionalizing Court-Connected and Litigated Case Mediation.” He currently serves as the co-chair of a Southern California Mediation Association Ad Hoc Committee on Voluntary Mediator Certification.
