The nine month's of freedom for IWS Radio's very own Matt-Man are coming to an end as his wedding to the lovely Schmoop is but days away, so it is fitting that Jay, Matt, and the entire IWS Radio gang have a disgusting, drunken, and hilarious bachelor party LIVE on the air.
They'll be talking bachelor party food, sexy cake jumper outters, good and bad celebrity guests to invite, bad music to play, and discuss wedding preparations and Jayman's impending road trip from Redneckville, AR. to Bagwine, OH. so that he may share in the disastorous beauty of the forthcoming nuptials.
Previous bad bachelor/bachelorette party experiences will also be shared along with a call to the Vatican Embassy in D.C. and you phone calls at 661.244.9852. So, join the raucous hilarity as IWS Radio presents...IWS Radio Bachelor Party: Dead Matt Walking
After four years and 308 episodes of IWS Radio…Jay, Matt, and the IWS gang celebrate their anniversary with a cavalcade of hot babes and cold beer, during a hilarious retrospective involving their favorite episodes, audio clips, and guests. Drew Peacock, Guy Ahnyurdyck, Bobby Kraft, Slyder Balzcock, The Tibbles Family, Rev. Moneymaker, and even the rude bastard at the Vatican Embassy who hung up on the guys a couple months ago will be on hand to take a raucous look back.
All of that plus Schmoop, Jamie Mapleleaf, and your phone calls as the nation, and indeed the world celebrate four years of IWS Radio’s brand of quality entertainment at a fair price.
Okay, let's try this again! Everyone knows that Matt-Man and Jayman are famous for the intellectual and highbrow humor, but it might come as a surprise to you that they enjoy dabbling in childish sexual humor too. IKR? Well, they do. They love a good "that's what she said" or "your mother" joke and that's what this week's IWS Radio is all about. Matt and Jay are going to take low road for once! Let's get dirty!
Speaking of silly and immature people, the first republican debate was this week and what a clown show that was! Matt and Jay will be here to break it all down for you and help the world make sense of everything that happened. You won't get this level of political analysis anywhere else folks!
As always Canadian Bureau Chief Jamie Mapleleaf will be here along with the IWS Players bringing the funy to all new heights. Since he's between jobs AGAIN Keith Olbermann will have a special commentary sharing his thoughts on the republican field and who knows who else might show up! You just gotta listen to find out. All this and YOUR CALLS at 661.244.9852!
Grab a bottle of your favorite booze and crank up the volume because Jay, Matt, and everyone at IWS Radio are celebrating five years on the BlogTalkRadio network. After five years, 300+ episodes, and nearly 1.8 million listens since the painful C-section birth of IWS Radio, it's time for a podcast party of comedic proportions.
Jay, Matt, and the rest of the IWS Radio team reflect on the best and worst of season five, while dignitaries such as Bill Clinton, John McCain, Donald Trump, Keith Olbermann, and many others chime in about the less than profound effect IWS Radio has had on their lives.
So join Jay, Matt, Bobby Kraft, Guy Ahnyurdyck, Rev. Moneymaker, Jamie MapleLeaf, Schmoop, Slyder Balzcock and the rest of the gang along with your phone calls at 661.244.9852, as IWS Radio presents: Saying Goodbye To Season Five.
Wow! What a week it has been y'all! Crazy stuff is happening all over the place and it's up to Matt-Man and Jayman to break it all down for folks and make some sense of the world. It's election season in America and one of the big issues states are dealing with is the legalization of marijuana. It seems that legal weed is going to happen eventually, but the prohibitionists are on the losing side of history, but they're hanging on with all their might. We'll tell you how this all plays out.
Alos, the prohibition on whiskey has been lifted at the Bagwine Digs. Matt and Jay will discuss their favorite whiskeys, bourbons and other hard liquor and might even tell a funny story or two about thier checkered histories with hard liquor. Also, we're halfway through the football season and it's time to start separating the pretenders from the contenders and think about who might make both college and pro playoffs.
Sunday is also World Vegan Day! This is significant becase the W.H.O. claimed this week that processed meats including sausage and bacon cause cancer. Needless to say this has set off a firestorm of angst and anger among the meat-eating public and has also done the impossible: Made vegans even more smug.
As always, Canadian Bureau Chief Jamie Mapleleaf will be here along with rest of the IWS Players to entertain the hell outta you guys. You just never know what those crazy folks will come up with! All this and YOUR CALLS @ 661.244.9852!
Putting together a show that attracts a vast and diverse worldwide audience is a monumental task. Few people know the real struggle and effort it really takes though. This week Matt-Man and Jayman will take you behind the scenes of IWS Radio and give you a little glimps into the world if big-time internet radio.
Oh sure on the surface it all looks so glamorous. The fame, fortune, groupies and all the love and adoration from the fans. But, there's a dark side to internet radio too. The long hours Matt and Jay have to put in. The writes and re-writes of scripts trying to get it all perfect. The intense, seemingly never-ending prep sessions. THE PRESSURE!! Internet radio isn't for everybody.
And what of the IWS Players? Matt and Jay are such exacting taskmasters that the pressure on the Players is almost too much to take some weeks. Everyone at IWS Radio is so talented that the competition is fierce to get audios on the air. People put in so much effort tying to come up with something that will be acceptable to Matt and Jay that sometimes they break. The emotional toll can just be too much.
You will be amazed at everything you learn about the making of a hugely popular internet radio show. And, more importantly, you'll have a new found respect for Matt and Jay and the effort it takes to bring you this show every week. Plus, as always ... YOUR CALLS ... because the fans are the heartbeat of IWS Radio!
It’s the 2014 Office Christmas Party season and IWS Radio is celebrating their annual office Christmas party LIVE on the air. Jay, Matt, and the IWS Radio Players are whooping it up as they celebrate drunken office party sex, their annual Christmas bonuses, and of course, the birth of the Holy Baby Jesus. Stand-Up Santa is live from Ha-Ha’s in Haifa, Jamie MapleLeaf is hummin’ in the Hammer, and Jesse Ferg is singing his seasonal soul out.
Jay and Matt offer rules of office party etiquette, provide culinary tips, talk with among others, the Rev. Moneymaker and Paul Piatt, and venture into the unspoken and nebulous world of Office Hanukkah parties. All of that plus your phone calls at 661.244.9852 as the IWS Radio staff drinks to excess, cranks up the Christmas tunes, and feasts upon a smorgasbord of comedy at their 2014 Office Christmas Party.
Here at IWS Radio all we do is give and give and give and we do it all for you, our listeners. That's exaclty what we're doing this week too. Matt-Man has to fill in for the new chick at the Beer Mine (conveniently located at the corner of Burnett and Elmore roads in Bagwine, Ohio) but is he letting that stop him from entertaining the masses? Hell no! Our solution is to just do the show in prime time baby!
So join us and our correspondents like Paul Piatt, Bobby Kraft, Joshua, Slyder, Tammy Tibbles and others for non-stop fun and games! Also, those phone lines will be open as always for you to call in with whatever is on your mind too!
2014 is going to be HUGE and IWS Radio is going to be a big part of it. We hope. Anyway, join us as we look back a bit at 2013 and then ahead to what a great year 2014 is going to be. We'll make a few predictions and talk about some of our big plans that may or may not happen. Plus, we'll hear from Smugly Superior Dana, the Rev. Moneymaker, Guy, Drew and a very special Kwanzaa story from Malcolm. Who knows who else might drop by too! All this and YOUR CALLS!!
There's too much and not enough going on in the world right now. Well, at least in Matt-Man and Jayman's worlds. So, Matt and Jay are just hanging out shootin' the breeze and talking about whatever they think of this week. Maybe they'll touch on politics or sports or pop culture or just do some navel gazing. Who knows? One thing we do know is it will be funny. Probably.
April is National Poetry Month so there will be some rhyming going on and maybe even some hot haiku action! You just never know with these two talented and irreverent guys. Matt and Jay are obsessed with so many things yet they are very easily distracted. You have to pay close attention or you'll get lost trying to keep up wtih them.
There might be some trips down memory lane too. Matt and Jay and the gang might revisit some old ideas like "The Third Person Show" or maybe "The NPR Show." Or maybe they won't! That's just how wacky those two are! There will also be bad songs of the week and a discussion about Jayman's sudden love of punk rock and Frank Zappa.
Canadian Bureau Chief Jamie Mapleleaf and the IWS Players will be along to help entertain the masses. They've got a blank canvas this week and I know you can't wait to see what these artists paint this week. We know it won't be a boring old landscape and there won't be any happy little accidents! Plus they'll be taking your calls! The phone lines are always open at 661.244.9852!
Trick or Treat all you sexy hobgoblins and undead type funsters. It's time to get your pirate, zombie, or slutty nurse costume out of the closet and celebrate Halloween with Jay, Matt, and the IWS Radio team.
Jay and Matt have the candy bowl filled with witty banter, hilarious hypothetical movie trailers, bad Halloween music, and the epic and award winning interpretation of Edgar Allan Poe's The Raven as performed by the IWS Radio Players.
It's going to be a ghoulishly fun time with more drunkenness, nakedness and unintentional comedy than a direct to DVD slasher flick. So dress up, listen in, call us at 661-244-9852, and kick-off your Halloween celebration as IWS Radio presents: The Two Hour Macabre Comedy Hour
Jay and Matt are taking some time to unplug and unwind on IWS Radio. After years of building a successful podcast and world and media entertainment empire, which has culminated in a myriad of public appearances and walks down the red carpet with celebrities, the dynamic duo are taking time to catch their collective breath and enjoy the show.
With Jay in his birthday suit, and Matt sipping on some Rose, they will be walking down IWS Radio Memory Lane chatting spontaneously with you and each other. They will revisit some of the best and worst calls, guests, music, and audio clips ever broadcast on the 300+ episodes of IWS Radio.
There is no filter, no time limit, and no rules on this show, so join the fun and call-in with your thoughts and memories at 661.244.9852 as IWS Radio presents...Jay and Matt: Unplugged.
