this week we're going talk about the cult classic movie Ghostbusters. and the remake that coming out this summer. now Ghostbusters was a hit in the summer of 84 and part 2 was OK. but when u got Dan and Harold writing the movie and have Ivan make the movie. u got solid gold on your hands but the first idea of the movie was going be a Saturday night live movie. but Jim past away before movie started to film and Eddie Murphy drop out. so they turn to Harold Ramis who did movies like caddy shack, animal house. and who work with bill Murray before on stripes. help with the script and the rest is history. but with the remake coming out this summer we are wondering if the movie is going be as good as the first one. but to me we had a part 3 with the video game.
Where will American Foreign Policy go after the election. Ivan believes that while foreign policy might not be dead, it's on life support. Everyone talks big on the campaign trail and indulges in Sledge Hammer Diplomacy. Trump is espousing a non-interventionist policy unless a direct American Interest is threatened. The main stream establishment candidates are very hawkish, but the American Public has no appetite for any overseas military engagement. Will the public's view on the subject prevail?

THE CYNZ are a full-throttle rock band formed around the songwriting talents of CYNDI DAWSON (vocals) and HENRY SEIZ (guitar/vocals). The band has been called "the closest thing to the 1970's CBGB's you will get from a band that formed in 2011." Their songs are hard-rocking tales of pain, heartbreak, survival, determination, redemption, and unbridled joy, at break-neck speed!!!
Cyndi Dawson is a visual on-stage tsunami. She leads the band through shamanic rock & roll rites of passage. Her raw, emotional stage presence along with the band’s edgy, powerful vibe is truly an unforgettable experience.
Their influences derive from the late '70s Lower East Side NYC chainsaw music of the Ramones and the tough, gritty vibe of The MC5, Alice Cooper and Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels. THE CYNZ have opened for legendary acts such as the newly-reformed Blues Magoos, The Split Squad, Martha Davis & The Motels, Ivan Julian, Sonny Vincent, The Vibrators, Billy Rath’s Street Pirates, Warrior Soul, Walter Lure & The Waldos, and The Zero’s.
THE CYNZ have two previous albums to their credit. The first, entitled “THE ORIGINAL CYNZ” and the second “FIVE MORTAL CYNZ” are guitar-driven, in-your-face dance fests. Their second CD contains a rocking track co-written with Gary Heffern, lead vocalist of the legendary San Diego-based band, The Penetrators entitled “Blame It On The Kiss” which is also their new video release directed by Kyle Schickner. Their third and newest CD, Superfan, available through Bongo Boy Records, contains tracks from the first two albums and five new tracks previously unreleased on CD. THE CYNZ have recently completed a tour of Sweden, and have released several singles produced by Peppy Castro of The Blues Magoos .
in Self Help
These are the main points for building self-confidence:
1. Practice what you want to do. If you choose something that you’re passionate about, it’s easier. There’s no way around the fact that practice, practice, practice is the key.
2. Stop the inner negative dialogue. “I can’t do this.” (Yea, I have said that too often, even while pregnant.) Our thoughts influence out actions so stop the negative self talk. In quiet moments remind yourself — “I am the captain of my ship and the master of my fate.” I’m not talking about ego or false pride. But you need to give yourself credit. This is especially true when you are religious, because you can feel down.
3. “Get away from the people who tear you down.” In fact, that kind of thing can bring on the inner negative dialogue. Don’t hang with those who bring you down. Avoid negative energy.
4. Acknowledge the good. Remember how you’re supposed to catch your kids doing good? We have a tendency to catch them doing bad. It takes work to remember to look for the good and ignore the things they didn’t do — like take out the trash. Give yourself credit for doing the good things. We all mess up but we don’t need to dwell on it.
