    - Customer service liaison and service writer
    - Use of SIMMS software user for two years before joining KCSI, Kelli is one of our client liaison personnel, presenting SIMMS' evolving and newest features almost 2 years prior to KCSI
    - Helped with SIMMS implementation from QuickBooks as the inventory tracker
    In her spare time, she beta-tests SIMMS in its entirety (exercising her exceptional bean-counter muscles), reads constantly, and writes not often enough.
