Why Insured Civil Rights? Many people injured in Car Accidents can spend up to ten years waiting for a fair and equitable settlement, only to be worse off by the end of their claim. In fact, far too many find themselves living at poverty levels, by no fault of their own. Congress supports the Insurance Industry through Lobbyist allowing a lack of legislation which could aid insured in receiving prompt payments and legal avenues to move their claims forward in a timely manner. Insured Civil Rights Act could make this possible and empower Car Accident Victims creating a level playing field to that of Insurance Companies with vast wealth and influence. .
When Congresses main income did not come from Lobbyist or fundraising activites, perhaps loyalty to American Citizens came easier. While Main Street has been sleeping or convinced they too could become a part of the 1% by the many dangling carrots before them, basic Civil Rights have been tossed by the wayside, this includes protections for those injured in car accidents. Join me, ESTRA in talking about how Insurance, Banking, and Finance are having the effect of eliminating payment to Policyholders on claims.
Every morning when getting ready for work most people do not imagine getting into a life changing car accident. It happens. Most people take notice when it happens to them or someone they love. No worries you've been paying insurance benefits through Self-Insured Employer Benefits Program. You are protected, right? Maybe not. Join me, ESTRA in talking about the chances you take when depending on insurance companies to protect your interest.

It's a Manic Monday as Civil Chat with Lee looks at the upcoming vote on Gay Marriage by the Supreme Court on Tuesday. The host also looks at Hilary Clinton and the negative commentary on her, her history, and affect this could have on 2016. Ted Cruz speaks at an event sponsored by a Gay American Man, and much much more.
I don't give a crap if you're Conservative, Democrat, or "Other" political persuasion. If you have an opinion I WANT to hear from you

Dr. Paul Offit backed out of a recently scheduled vaccine debate with Dr. Toni Bark on the Mike Gallagher Radio Show in New York. We at The Know Your Rights Hour weren't willing to let Dr. Offit off the hook so easily, so we scheduled a second "Bark vs. Offit" vaccine debate for this coming Monday, April 27, 2015, right here on The Know Your Rights Hour at 9:00 pm ET. This time, both parties did show for the debate (OK, we're not entirely sure about Offit, but we got a Dr. Paul Profit to appear spiritually via our special guest "psychic mystic"--close enough!), and the debate was moderated by Know Your Rights Hour co-host Attorney Alan Phillips, J.D. This is something you won't want to miss! Meanwhile, you can e-mail co-host Dr. Tenpenny at email@example.com and Attorney Phillips at firstname.lastname@example.org. Okay I did a great episode for my TGIF segment and the damn show did NOT get recorded. It's okay. My Saturday show will be even that much better. I'll be talking about the untimely death of Freddie Gray, and the history of violence with the Baltimore Police Department and its citizens. I'll also be looking at the TPP with its Pros and Cons. I'll also speak on the most recent trending topics of the day.
