Each year, evaluating the record of Insurance Carriers can provide insights on how they will treat you when needing them most. Worried about a "real" safety net when promised by Auto Insurance or Employer ERISA Benefits? Trouble is not the time to learn what kind of Insurance Company you've been paying premiums to yearly.
Join ESTRA today on setting up a plan to help you decide on which Insurance Companies treat Policyholders with respect and dignity. Insured Civil Rights Legislation approved by Congress is still needed to level this unbalance playing field in favor of insurers.
We all know that life insurance is a great way to provide for spouse and children after a person dies. Experience has shown, however, that the necessary care for naming one or more beneficiaries is often lacking. Depending on the circumstances, the payment of life insurance proceeds can result in unintended consequences such as court involvement, unnecessary taxes and even the named beneficiaries not receiving the amount that was planned for them. Today we will discuss some of the most common errors made when naming beneficiaries of life insurance policies and how to avoid them.

"the daily complaint"
Every weekday we answer client complaints on The Daily Complaint to provide direction and resources for both the person complaining as well as other consumers experiencing similar issues whether it be mortgage fraud, loan servicing escrow issues, loan modification runarounds or denials, short sale refusals, deed in lieu negotiations and credit card debt collector abuses and fraud violations.
I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks that are "too big to fail" like Bank of America and Citi but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need. The debt collectors like Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just piranhas but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated.
We are committed to answering consumer complaints and addressing everyday credit and debt issues on The Daily Complaint and I thank you for your continued support!
We hope you enjoy the Show...

The best agents are the ones who are the most responsive to their buyer & seller needs - and to truly understand what those needs are, you need to listen! As a real estate professional, your ability to gauge the needs of buyers & sellers is important - but don't let that overwhelm your skills at closely & carefully taking in all of the "wants, needs, and must-have's" that your prospects and clients bring to you. Even if their requests seem impractical, the fact that you listened & responded to them sets you apart from the real estate pack!
