Roger The Institute of Family and Marriage Ep3

The Institute of Family and Marriage

We consider the family as a foundation for sustainability and prosperity, for tolerance and equality, especially equality between women and men, an important pillar naturally providing safety and freedom from violence.

The mission of the Institute of Family and Marriage is to assist Families to resist and repel undue influences from threatening the integrity and wellbeing of each institution of the Family founded on Marriage and to monitor the organs of Government to ensure they provide support to the Family consistent with the recognition by the State in Bunreacht na hÉireann – the Irish Constitution of “the Family as the natural primary and fundamental unit group of Society, and as a moral institution possessing inalienable and imprescriptible rights, antecedent and superior to all positive law" and in accordance with the pledge therein recorded for the State, "to protect the Family in its constitution and authority, as the necessary basis of social order and as indispensable to the welfare of the Nation and the State” and “to guard with special care the institution of Marriage, on which the Family is founded, and to protect it against attack.”

  • Pure Water Is Essential

    in Self Help

Raw tap water is a chemical cocktail that should not be consumed without purification. Chlorine and fluoride are added by cities to the agricultural, industrial and chemtrail pollutants already contaminating water.

Water is an amazing substance. Adequate water intake is essential, but it needs purification of contaminants before consumption. Water resources are becoming more controlled, and water rights are a serious issue.

Agricultural, industrial, radioactive, “fracking” and biological pollution all contaminate water, as well as geo-engineering chemical sprays. Chlorine, ammonia, fluoride and other chemicals are added by cities. Fluoride is a poison that should not be in our water supply.

It is important to purify water with special filtration or reverse osmosis to remove the fluoride. Then re-mineralize the water if needed to make it more alkaline. Redox media combined with carbon and “corrected" reverse osmosis is the best method of purifying for home use.

Redox and carbon with a special fluoride removing media is also very good, often more practical, and less expensive. When combined with Ultrafiltration, it is even better.

    MARIA G HERNANDEZ, Ph.D., Consultant

    in Business

I am a first generation Latina born and raised in California.  My early life was based in Southern California where my immigrant parents raised me and my two older brothers.  During the first six years of my life my family lived in East Los Angeles, Watts, Pasadena and Temple City where our family home remains to this day. My family could afford to live in the suburbs of Los Angeles because  my father came to the US as a skilled machinist and the 1960's still enjoyed a robust manufacturing economy based inside our borders.  Unlike the neighborhoods just 15 miles away from our home, Temple City enjoyed safe streets, strong schools, and access to good jobs.

Graduate of California State University Long Beach and the University of Texas where I received degrees in psychology (BA with Distinction) and community psychology(PhD), respectively.  I finished my doctorate at age 26 in 1985 and took my first academic post as the Assistant Dean for Special Programs at a small liberal arts college in Northern California in 1986.  Four years after joining the campus, I became familiar with the painful experience of "hitting the glass ceiling".  It is one of the loudest thuds a woman might never hear.  I felt fortunate to recognize the politicized nature of my work and left the academic experience in 1994 to become an entrepreneur. I started consulting in the field of diversity and inclusion.  As a consultant and entrepreneur, I found enormous freedom to build my knowledge, leverage it to empower and engage others in the hard work that change requires.

Since 1994 I have worked with over 150 organizations in the public, private and nonprofit sectors on topics, change management, executive development and strategic planning.
