Todd Wharton grew up first in Queens and then in East Meadow on Long Island, NY. This native New Yorker has worked in a variety of positions in real estate and mortgage lending, as well as management and headserving positions in numerous restaurants. That gave him the opportunity to meet many up-and-coming artists and burgeoning superstars, which ultimately was how Local Talent Connect was born. One theme that has always been a part of Todd’s philosophy is that no matter what you do, you need to put your whole heart and soul into it. “One thing about me has always been that once I commit to something on my own terms, I finish it. My work ethic stems from my drive and my belief that I can do anything!”
To that end, Todd has incorporated his knowledge, experience and connections from is “day job” into LTC, as his goal is to continue to make Local Talent Connect the place where artists from all walks of life and from around the world can make connections. Local Talent Connect is a global social network (based in NYC) founded by Todd Wharton for the Arts & Entertainment Industry. This network is meant to be a tool for networking with others in their field, along with providing information and connections with those who can help turn dreams into reality. LTC caters to every artistic field, including but not limited to actors, singers, dancers, writers, musicians, designers, poets, comedians, etc. LTC gives you a way to meet either in person or via the internet, as the LTC website offers a host of opportunities to do just that.

Why are women afraid to invest in themselves? In a recent Forbes article I read, the author listed 5 reasons women are afraid to invest in themselves:
-They feel they need to check in with someone else first.
-They're not sure if it's the "right" time for them.
-They're are not clear about the return on their investment.
- They're scared they may actually achieve success.
- They feel they should use their money on other family members or on someone else.
These are just a few of the reasons, If you feel you have struggle with this mindset and you want to gain some clarity on what makes sense for you right now, join me and my guest host Tamarra Causley Robinson as we share our experience and expertise on this subject.
As women many times we are focused on helping everyone else but ourselves, when actually you are a help to no one if you are running on empty. We know how it feels to be in this position because we have been there ourselves. It's time to find your voice and we are here to support you in doing so.

Encouragement & Inspriation. Let's Talk About It, Let's Pray About It. Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose Hope is the Lord. (Jeremiah 17:7) HOPE defined is the feeling that what is wanted can be had or that events will turn out for the best: to give up hope a particular instance of this feeling: the hope of winning grounds for this feeling in a particular instance: There is little or no hope of his recovery a person or thing in which expectations are centered: We hope that our children will be successful. Something that is hoped for: Her forgiveness is my constant hope to look forward to with desire and reasonable confidence to believe, desire, or trust: I hope that my work will be satisfactory to feel that something desired may happen: We hope for an early spring to place trust; rely hope against hope, to continue to hope, although the outlook does not warrant it: We are hoping against hope for a change in her condition.
