While I am filming and researching in Europe for the next two weeks Author Tessie Painter is the first guest host for Teal Gray Worldwide Radio. Her guest tonight is an amazingly talented Dr. Graham Maxey shared with me by my past guest Dr. Alan Botkin. I know you won't want to miss this interview.
From the website of: Graham Maxey, MDiv, MA, LPC, Certified IADC Trainer, Associate Director of the Center for Grief and Traumatic Loss, LLC
IADC® is not hypnosis, nor is it “mystical” in any way. It uses, in a particular way, a psychophysiological therapeutic technique that has been used and researched for many years. It first helps people progress through the feelings of grief at an accelerated rate, even if those feelings have been buried or overlooked for a long time. Then, when the sadness is dealt with sufficiently, they are able to notice within themselves what is there—contact with the people they love and thought they had lost.
The after-death communication is at once the motive to complete the grieving process, and the first of many benefits for doing so. If people can grieve successfully they can be whole again, and being whole, the world looks like a brand new place. It is a place where they once again have access to the people they have loved so much—both the living, and those who have died.
Our topic and guest 8pm central Wednesday May 28th:
Induced After-Death Communication Therapy with Dr. Allan Botkin
Dr. Botkin is a clinical psychologist who created the therapy called Induced After-Death Communication or IADC in 1995 while counseling a Vietnam veteran at a Chicago area VA hospital. It is a new therapy for grief and trauma that has helped thousands of people come to terms with their grief by allowing them the experience of private communication with their departed loved ones.
Join us for a fascinating conversation with this pioneer in the field of grief, depression and PTSD, therapy.
Induced after-death communication (IADC) is a real breakthrough in the fields of grief and trauma therapy. Allan L. Botkin, a Doctor of Psychology, worked for 20 years at a VA hospital and specialized in treating PTSD among combat veterans. He discovered that a variation of EMDR, or eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing, reliably induced after-death communications in his patients, giving them dramatic relief from the anger, guilt and sadness they had been carrying. He has since expanded the use of the technique with impressive results, which are described in his book, Induced After Death Communication.

Dr. Allen Botkins, Psy. D., is our guest this week. Dr. Botkins is credited with discovering Induced After Death Communication, IADC in 1995.
IADC is a method, that many clinical observations confirm, that helps heal the deep sadness that is caused by by grief from the loss of a loved one.
We will be discussing in greater detail what IDAC is and how it works. So tune in, this should be a though provoking show.
Join your Host Pamela Marie Edmunds this evening with her guest Dr. Allan Botkin. They will be discussing a process called Induced After Death Communication. What does this process involve? How is it used? How can it help someone who is grieving the loss of an important loved who has just died?
More About Dr. Allan Botkin;
Allan L. Botkin earned his Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from Baylor University in 1983 and then worked for the next 20 years at a Chicago area VA hospital specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). He has treated combat veterans from WWII, the Korean War, the Vietnam War and Desert Storm. Dr. Botkin and his colleagues were among the first in the country to regularly use a new and very powerful psychological procedure called eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
In 1995 Dr. Botkin discovered (by accident) that a variation of EMDR reliably induced after-death communications (ADCs) in his patients. While Dr. Botkin has remained neutral with regard to the spiritual authenticity of his patients’ ADCs, he has maintained that the healing associated with these experiences goes well beyond what has even been considered possible in the fields of grief and trauma therapy. Dr. Botkin calls his new procedure induced after-death communication (IADC).
After leaving the VA in 2003 and founding The Center for Grief and Traumatic Loss, LLC in Libertyville, IL, Dr. Botkin and his IADC trained colleagues in the USA, Canada, South America, and Europe, have induced thousands of ADCs. His book, Induced After Death Communication: A New Therapy for Healing Grief and Trauma, was a Hampton Roads best-seller. Dr. Botkin has also published scientific papers on PTSD, EMDR and brain function.

Psychotherapists today are consistently helping grieving people experience a reconnection with someone who has passed away, resulting in healing deep sadness associated with grief. The method of inducing this experience, called "induced after-death communication" or IADC®, was discovered in 1995 by Allan L. Botkin, Psy.D.
Consistent, robust clinical observations by a growing number of IADC® trained therapists across a broad variety of clients indicate that IADC® heals the deep sadness that is associated with death of a friend or loved one, and the results appear to hold up very well over time. Most people believe their experiential reconnection is real, but they do not have to believe in the authenticity of the experience to benefit from its profound healing effects.
Dr. Botkin's incredible discovery has brought profound healing to veterans of war and civilians alike. Join us for this very special show as we discuss the IADC® procedure with Dr. Botkin and take your calls.
We encourage you to visit his website, located at: http://induced-adc.com/
