I Am Woman: Part 1 The Outer Realm

    in Spirituality

2016 is here and we are ready for it! Are you ready for us?
To kick the year off, the sisters of Spirit Of Love would like to talk with you about a topic that we consider ourselves to be experts in – women.
This week will be the first, in a two part series about the rights, rules, and responsibilities of being a woman.  Not all women think alike, act alike, or look alike but there are many things that join us in sisterhood and set us apart from our male counterparts.
Join us this week, Sunday, January 10 at 11am eastern, in a conversation about the external woman.  Our walk. Our talk. The face that we present to the rest of the world, in the Spirit Of Love.

    Spiritual Wealth with Kimberly McDaniel

    in Women

Kimberly McDaniel is 29 years old and lives in Jemison, AL with her family. She is a Jemison High School 2002 Graduate, and a University of Montevallo 2007 Graduate with a BBA Degree in Business Management. She is single Christian woman who remains strong in the Lord. She is a faithful member at Clanton First Assembly of God, where she is involved with the P31 Women's Ministries, Music Ministry-Choir and Soloist and helps teach Sunday School. After facing almost ten years of continuous sickness and surgeries, and receiving miraculous healing, Kimberly stepped out in faith from her 3 year full time finance job and entered into full time ministry. In the summer of 2012, the Lord gave her a vision of a banner that said, "Your Healing is Here: Expect it and Accept It" and that it was her job to go out and be obedient to His calling. Through sharing her testimony, teaching, speaking, singing, playing the piano and performing Christian comedy, at various church events, such as ladies Bible studies, women's conferences or revivals, her mission is to let people know that God is still in the business of saving, healing, restoring and delivering. To help those struggling by encouraging him/her to break free from those chains that the enemy uses to bound them up. To be a prayer intercessor for those who are hurting and lost, in need of a Savior and Healer. To God be the glory, it's all about HIM. Kimberly says that she is just the willing vessel and that this is God's ministry; He's just using her to advance His Kingdom. You may contact Kimberly at kimbosmiles@gmail.com.

This is what I help you do: Make the people in your life feel loved with handmade greeting cards, specialty crafts and one-of-a-kind keepsakes found nowhere else.

From the time I was a child, imagination and creativity were my best friends. New Year, New You! with guest co-host Veda Hightower-Green

    in Women

Veda Green is best described as “Excellence in Action!” She is a gifted motivational speaker, dynamic trainer, passionate teacher, and founder of Building Brighter Kids.

Veda is currently an 8th grade science teacher and has been teaching Math and Science on the middle and high school level for over 15 years. While working in education has been comfortable, she yearns to do something more! Every day she has watched children struggle with their academics, lose their love of learning, and give up on education altogether! They were not just slipping through the cracks! These cracks were quickly becoming gaping holes swallowing her students whole! As the time went by she could no longer sit and wait for someone else to “fix” the educational system. She decided to start fixing it herself! But what could she do? The answer was found in her own children! After looking at their successful academic performance, she was determined to share the “secret” with every parent she knew! From this passion came Building Brighter Kids.

Now not only does she teach the children, she teaches and trains the parents to assume the role of primary educator in their children’s lives. Her experience as a dedicated teacher and an involved parent has given her a platform from which to deliver the powerful message…“It is better to build a child than it is to repair an adult”.

When she’s not busy fulfilling her Building Brighter Kids dream or teaching science, she enjoys reading, baking, spending time with friends, and traveling.
