"Doctor Fred Says..." Join us today as Dr. Fred Valdes, from Miami FL, shares what's new in health, nutrition and fitness. Today he will be speaking on "Options in Fitness - From Nutrition to Hydration".
Dr. Valdes is an MD with a background in Emergency Medicine. Presently he teaches part-time at a medical school near Miami. He has followed alternative health for many years and has done numerous shows here on BTr related to fitness, health and nutrition.
In this show you’ll learn:
What the water is that is in the cells of your body
How juicing replaces the water in your cells
Why proper hydration is a central function of our health
Background and Guest Information:
We are two-thirds water - by volume. In terms of the percentage of molecules, that two-thirds figure computes to a lot of water molecules: more than 99% of our molecules are water molecules.
That leads to the hypothesis that proper hydration is a central feature of function, and therefore of health.
Join Dr. Ritamarie and Dr. Gerald Pollack as they discuss his research on the power of water to help us understand secrets of nature and health. The energy that builds EZ water is light, so if you drink water that’s been exposed to light it has more energy.
Gerald Pollack, PhD, is a Professor of Bioengineering at the University of Washington and an international leader in the field of water research. Dr. Pollack runs the Pollack Laboratory at the University of Washington, which focuses on uncovering some of nature’s most deeply held secrets.
Check out Dr. Ritamarie’s VITAL Health Community for additional resources on the role that plants and herbs play on your hormones and digestive health, as well as strategies to include in your daily routines to achieve more vitality.
