Hey folks it's a vacation week for me! Thus I'd like to leave you with an interview I did back in July 2012 with horror author and aficiando Hunter Shea! He's a friend of 30 years and a great influence on me. And he knows his stuff when it comes to horror! You can hear him on his podcast along with Jack Campisi, where they are known as "The Monster Men".

Another show, and another welcome returning guest in the form of horror writer Hunter Shea. His new book book is a 180 degree turn from his previous ghost story. This one is an over the top ride with undead priests, demons and punk rockers.. Sounds my sort of guest am looking forward to chatting once again with Hunter.
Hunter makes a welcome return to the program to chat about his latest book "Sinister Entity. It's actually the sequel to Forest of Shadows, which was the book he was promoting when last we chatted.
How can you escape the ghost of yourself? The Leigh family is terrified. They’ve been haunted by the ghostly image of their young daughter, Selena. But how can that be, when Selena is alive and well, and as frightened as her parents? With no where else to turn, the Leighs place their hopes in Jessica Backman, who has dedicated her life to investigating paranormal activity. Accompanied by a new partner who claims to able to speak to the dead, Jessica will soon encounter an entity that scares even her. And a terror far worse than she imagined.
Horror writer "Hunter Shea" drops by to chat today. His book Forest of Shadows, is about an emotionally scarred man who moves into a haunted cabin in the remote woods of Alaska.
Hunter not only write about ghosts, but also has is own experiences and has had some recent opportunities to explore paranormal hotspots.
He's published several books and a slew of horror short stories over the years in magazines like Morpheus Tales, The Harrow, Tabard Inn, Deadline & Ethereal Tales, just to name a few.
Looking forward to chatting, join us and enjoy

Join hosts Kevin Hunter and Jeffrey O'Brien as they discuss a piece of contract law known as the survival clause.
The survival clause is used to describe a contract clause that remains in effect, or is still valid, after the end of the agreement. These clauses include limitations of liability, non-disclosure/confidentiality, non-solicitation, non-competition, indemnities and insurance provisions.
A survival clause is necessary if there are any clauses that one of the parties wishes to have remain in effect after the termination of the agreement.
Hosts Kevin Hunter and David Ford have a little fun with comparing business to binocular soccer. Imagine trying to run a business with no vision, no clear idea of where you're headed, or no ability to see where you're going in business... Actually, 97% of business owners run their businesses just like this, which is why they don't see a 10-year business anniversary. As a business owner, you need to take off the binoculars and see things from a fresh perspective so you can actually make a positive difference in your business.
Hosts Kevin Hunter and David Ford discuss how every business is the same. All businesses need certain things in place in order to survive. The biggest element is systems to run their business. McDonalds is the greatest example of how the system sells the business. Eighteen year old kids can run a McDonalds restaurant and make it produce billions per year because the company has produced a fool-proof system that can be duplicated by employees all around the world.
