Guest Matt Pantze, Cross Fit Confidence, joins host Kevin Hunter to describe the new Cross Fit exercise buzz. Matt enjoys challenges, which has driven him to work in the fitness industry. He recognizes that no matter who you are, everybody has to start their fitness somewhere. You just have to start.

Matt has always had a passion for fitness. Before he got his driver’s license, it wasn't uncommon to see Matt riding his bike 5 miles through Joe Town to the gym for a workout. In high school, he played both football & basketball. Following graduation, Matt enlisted into the Minnesota Army National Guard where he served on two deployments to Iraq. Upon return from his most recent deployment, he enrolled in the Health Fitness Specialist program at the Minnesota School of Business, St. Cloud and graduated with an Associates in Applied Science degree. Matt found CrossFit in 2012 and began to train soon after. He says, "The CrossFit community offers a camaraderie that I’ve only seen in the military”. His excitement for CrossFit quickly led him to becoming a Level 1 trained CrossFit Coach in 2013. Outside of coaching CrossFit, Matt enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, volleyball, skydiving, and anything else that involves being outside.
Tonight I will continue a series of podcasts from the last three weeks with Hunter Part IV and read more short exerpts from "Hunter" and comment on the events in the book. Dr. William Pierce shared his thoughts on how White Men might approach the problems we currently face in our countries. Clearly, Dr. William Pierce believed there is only one way to resolve the "problems of the day" and in his book "Hunter" he sets the model for White Men to follow. We can no longer afford to be mere spectators in this struggle for our racial existence.
Hello folks. We had an official non-return of the show a few months back, but now as I have more time, and a lot more motivation I wish to dedicate it to rebuilding the Russinize Your Day Show yet again! Get ready for the greatest half hour in the history of Talk Radio. I'll be bringing you the story of a good friend of mine. It's a story of hope and redemption that you won't want to miss, especially with what has been happening in Ferguson. Also, I'll talk about how Harry Reid apparently owns all the Indians in Nevada. Your day is about to be Russinized! Don't fight it...
This is a black arts and culture site. We will be exploring the African Diaspora via the writing, performance, both musical and theatrical (film and stage), as well as the visual arts of Africans in the Diaspora and those influenced by these aesthetic forms of expression. I am interested in the political and social ramifications of art on society, specifically movements supported by these artists and their forebearers. It is my claim that the artists are the true revolutionaries, their work honest and filled with raw unedited passion. They are our true heroes. Ashay!

African Americans consistently outpace the total market population in overall growth, smart phone ownership, television viewing and annual shopping trips according to the new study, “Resilient, Receptive and Relevant: The African-American Consumer 2013 Report,” a collaborative effort by the Nielsen Company in New York and the National Newspaper Publishers Association (NNPA), located in Northwest Washington, D.C.
Black buying power continues to increase, rising from its current $1 trillion level to a forecasted $1.3 trillion by 2017.
Despite the strong economic outlook, blacks continue to spend most of their money outside of the African-American community and, according to Nielsen and NNPA, advertisers have repeatedly slighted the black media, spending only three percent, or $2.24 billion, of the $75 billion spent with all media last year.
Each year, African Americans spend more than $47 billion on Lincoln automobiles, $3.7 billion on alcohol, $2.5 billion on Toyotas, $2 billion on athletic shoes, and $600 million each year on McDonald’s and other fast foods, according to Target Market News Inc., a Chicago-based marketing research group.
