GUTS, GUNS, SHERIFFS AND SOVEREIGNTY WITH AMERICA'S SHERIFF RICHARD MACK

    in Radio

    FIRST HOUR: RICHARD MACK

    Sheriff Richard Mack (Ret)

    www.cspoa.org

    www.sheriffmack.com

Sheriff Mack is best known for challenging the Brady Bill, a gun control scheme requiring local law enforcement to perform background checks on prospective gun purchasers. He maintained that the Federal Government had no authority to command local officials, and became the first sheriff in American history to sue the Federal Government (under the Clinton administration) and win at the US Supreme Court. The case was based on the Tenth Amendment, states rights and local sovereignty.

Mack is the son of an FBI agent and began his own law enforcement career as a street cop in Provo, Utah. After graduating from BYU in 1978, Mack became an officer with Provo P. D. He was soon promoted to corporal, sergeant, and detective. He spent one year as an undercover narcotics agent. In 1988, Mack moved home to Arizona where he ran for sheriff. He was elected Graham County Sheriff and served as such for eight years. It was during this time – in 1994 – that federal agents informed all sheriffs that they would be required to work for the Federal Government under the mandate of the Brady Bill, and Mack's court case began. Since that landmark ruling Mack has written seven books and appeared at over 120 Tea Party rallies nationwide. He has stood against the incursions of the Federal Government and has fought for civil rights from Hawaii to Bangor, Maine.

He is the Founder and President of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) and is on the Oath Keepers Board of Directors.

    OWNERSHIP/EMPLOYER OR WORKER/EMPLOYEE MINDSET

    in Business

WHAT IS A OWNERSHIP MINDSET AND HOW DO YOU GET IT?

Here are some traits of people with an employee mentality:

    I work for a paycheck — period.
There’s no need to give more than I have to, because the company will take advantage of me.
The business is lucky to have me.
Somebody is mandated to take care of me.
I am entitled simply because I work here.
I only do what I am told to do.

Believe it or not, even some business owners have an employee mentality. When an employer does not sacrifice personal preference for the good of the business, that employer has an employee mentality. When an employer works a 32-hour week, takes vacations when due, takes little interest in continuing education, and actually jumps at the opportunity to close the office, that’s an employee mentality.

Employees typically take assignments and complete them without a thought as to how their personal efforts impact the success of the business. Employees also concentrate on the status que in the workplace. They don’t rock the boat, and they exert just enough effort and energy to get by.

Owners, on the other hand, enthusiastically give the extra effort and choose to do things to attract more business, clients, and profits. Owners see the big picture and know the work they do is making a meaningful contribution to the company’s advancement. Owners also concentrate on developing new, positive solutions to current operation. They think outside the box; they take risks and become problem-solvers.

The Boss vs. The Employee Mentality

    in Self Help

Damon Dash was on The Breakfast Club about 2-3 weeks ago. There was a conversation about being your own boss or working for someone else. It was brought to my attention, when I watch the interview, forward to me by a Brotha, they had with Dr.Boyce Watkins. I heard them mention the interview and it seems as though he was brought in to clean up what he had said. He was speaking about having, "f-you money". He understands what he was saying, but for those who are not in his situation should save to reach that.

I did not have a chance to view Dash's interview, but another Brotha forward it to me. He was on point! I did not get offended when he made the statement, "calling somebody your boss, is like calling that person your daddy". He is correct, no matter if you like his delivery or not. Black people need to start developing this mentality or instill it in your kids.

James Renwick Manship A Living Historian To Discuss Sheriff Kits And Our GOV.

    in Politics

James Renwick Manship, Constitutionalist and Historian will be the guest. Mr. Manship's love for our Country has driven him to engage at events Dressed as President George Washington. He truly is a George Washington. He will provide an insight as to  lack of intergrity from within our Government and a possible way of returning it to the People.

“Beyond GW” Biography of James Renwick Manship, Sr.

The publisher of The Atlanta Constitution , a Pulitzer Prize

recipient, in A.D. 1963, met 10 year old Jamey Manship

in the Fellowship Hall after services at the Cathedral of

Saint Phillip when the boy asked him about one of his

“articles” in the paper the previous week. McGill told

Manship to “read this Constitution”, meaning our national

Constitution, not his newspaper. Jamey did so, and ever

since has been an advocate, protector and defender of

“this Constitution for the United States of America”

Navy Midshipman Manship was Pre-Law Economics at

Auburn, and served as the Director of Legal Aid and

Ombudsman for the Student Government, where he also

wrote a Student Rights and Responsibilities Handbook.

In November A.D. 2010, the Religion Reporter for

The New York Times writing about the Tea Party Victory in

those elections described the one page “Seed of Truth”

as a “Concordance to the Preamble” with its 40 footnotes

to the Preamble that cite over 100 Bible references.

On New Year’s Day, in the Year of Our Lord Jesus 2011,

Manship was guided by God to learn of the FOURTH

BRANCH of our Goverment, the Citizens Grand Jury.

?Three weeks later, Manship filed his first Petition for Grand

Jury and a corrupt Virginia judge “retired early” the same

    day.
