Rev. Edward Pinkney, a renowned human rights activist, faces election fraud charges after organizing a recall petition to remove the mayor of Benton Harbor, MI, on the supposition that James Hightower would represent major corporate interests, not the people. Call-in at (347) 857-3293 to support Rev. Pinkney.
"With absolutely no evidence, I was charged with voter fraud and bound over for trial. The USA proclaims itself the 'land of freedom,' but the reality is we live under the world's most corrupt legal system. It has rigged courts, bribed judges, phony trials, extortion by lawyers, and over two million prisoners - more prisoners than any other country, in real numbers and proportionately," said Rev. Pinkney. "You can be sent to prison and even put to death with absolutely no evidence. The truth is hidden by America's corporate owned media ... They are afraid to tell the truth about Michigan's Emergency Manager system where rule is without the consent of the governed."
An all-white jury was selected for Pinkney's trial, which began on Rev. Pinkney's birthday in Berrien County. Pinkney is from Benton Harbor, an area that is 96% African American, but his jurors are from surrounding white towns. We hope his jurors recognize that "an injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere" (MLK).
Rev. Pinkney reports that Prosecutor Mike Sepic asked the jury pool several times, "Could you convict someone without evidence?" Sepic nodded his head each time, indicating that they should answer affirmatively. Sepic told the jury pool that evidence is not necessary to convict someone.

Did God of the bible predestined human slavery if so why this all powerful chose to do those things, are not positive experiences not more pleasant? God is truly suffering from psychosis, and this is the reason why Christians are so ignorant?
What is it about us that makes us feel like we have to be above being human? It is crazy how we try to be perfect and how we think that what we naturally want to do is not natural so we try to do the unnatural stuff and still try to be ourselves? The pressures we put on ourselves, the pressures we endured in our pasts trying to be people who are above being people took years away from who we could have been all along. What could be the top ten ways we found to not be ourselves pretending to be who we are! Join in on the Conversation today at 3:30 PM, PST!

This episode of Pneumatikos will explore the power of the Ieosus to heal our old or ancient wounds. Suffering is intrinsic to living. On one escapes suffering in this life. Some may be better at hiding their wounds, but they are there nevertheless. The wounds of others, however, are exposed "raw" before the watching world. The Iesous experienced the human condition unfiltered during his public ministry. He is the Wonderful Counselor who knows the malignant nature of our collective plight.
Lumumba has worked to defend the rights of African American activists and communities. He has educated and organized student activists throughout the Midwest and the South and persuaded universities to attract and cultivate people of color. He has been on the frontline of protecting African American communities from drug trafficking and gang violence. He has opposed rights violations by local, state, and national law enforcement and intelligence agencies and vigilante groups; he has confronted the Ku Klux Klan in Michigan and Mississippi.
Lumumba became an advocate for the protection of Black communities, following attacks by local police and vigilante groups. Rather than harassing the so-called “radical leadership”, special units of the Detroit police, had begun targeting the African American community for “pre-emptive action”.
Lumumba confronted these abuses with community patrols against violence and drug dealing and an urban scout program for young people to protect themselves against gang and racial attacks. He created the Malcolm X Center to educate and train young Black activists. He established Africa-centric schools to teach the dismantling of racism and sexism and inspire Black pride. He challenged the excessive rates for heat and electricity being charged residents of poor neighborhoods.

Join Mr. Scudder for a special feature on the Ebola developments in NYC with guests from health, mental health, community non-profits, schools, churches, grassroots orgs and educators to learn more about the disease and how we can safeguard our communities from it and minimize the psychosocial impacts people are feeling from the anxiety and fears of it.
We understand that this is a major concern for many people as more cases are diagnosed in the city and people are starting to feel that it's much closer to home than suspected. This brings real fear and anxiety on many levels for some people and having the dialog will help to mitigate the unnecessary stressors about it.
So join in the dialog or just listen in as we take a look at this and put plans and resources in place to protect and educate people about it.
Thank you and God bless,
Join me October 29, 2014 for an exciting episode of Talk with Tenney: A Conversation with Frank Blankenship: Underground Railroad Landing Zones
Frank explains to me, "I am working with a group of people who want to protect people facing involuntary outpatient commitment, a euphemism for forced psychiatric drugging, by helping them relocate outside of the state that would drug them."
Frank is a psychiatric treatment survivor and an anti-psychiatry human rights activist. With David Oaks, Al Galves and others Frank screened the Arlington Virginia American Psychiatric Association offices for normality way back in October 2007. Before moving to Gainesville, Florida, he lived in Charlottesville, Virginia. While in Virginia he served as point person for MindFreedom Virginia, and in Florida he is the contact person for MindFreedom Florida. Having completed both basic and advanced Leadership Academy trainings, Frank has co-facilitated Leadership Academy training sessions in Gainesville. Working with MindFreedom Florida, Frank helped bring Daniel Mackler to Gainesville for a film festival and panel discussion. He was the chair of the MindFreedom International Affiliate Support Committee and currently co-chairs the Landing Zone Committee. His current projects include an effort to introduce Open Dialogic practices in Florida, and he hopes to launch a mutual support group locally for people who wish to taper off psychiatric drugs.
The show promotes and discusses the ideas of true freedom and liberty for all people without the partisan politics. Exposing the government for what it is, a mafia that rules only by the threat of force without concent. The show supports peaceful consentual voluntary relationships. Where the people are not robbed, oppressed, controlled and abused under the threat of force and in many cases actual force is used to force compliance.
I don't want someone else to represent me and make decisions about how I should live my life, when I know what's best for me and can represent myself. I am not a republican, I am not a democrat. I'm not a liberal, I'm not a conservative. I will not allow you to define me, or force me to join one of your gangs. I am an individual and I believe in freedom and liberty for all people, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation as all human beings have a right to freedom and liberty. I will stand up to government oppression and do what I can to educate the public on the illusion and or lack of true freedom in America.
