JUSTICE is the constant and perpetual disposition to render every man his due. It is the proper administration of the law; the fair and equitable treatment of all individuals under the law. Justice is also a title given to certain judges, such as federal and state supreme court judges. Justice is 1) fairness, 2) moral rightness, 3) a scheme or system of law in which every person receives his/her/its due from the system, including all rights, both natural and legal. One problem is that attorneys, judges, and legislatures often get caught up more in procedure than in achieving justice for all.
(Read more at http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/justice ).
At "Human Rights Demand," we believe that justice is unlikely to happen where lawmakers and justice officials have a conflict of interest. Demand the resignations of lawmakers, judges, public defenders, prosecutors, Justice Department personnel and everyone else on the public's payroll if they are also PRISON INVESTORS. That is the only way to decriminalize mental illness, eliminate mass incarceration, and restore justice to our courtrooms. Tell public employees to DIVEST OR RESIGN. We must rid our government of everyone whose stock portfolios perform best with mass incarceration, wars, and when environmental concerns are ignored. Ask your congressional representative to introduce a bill that prohibits all lawmakers and other public officials and their spouses from earning prison profits. Pass such a bill, and we will see positive Change in the justice system. Only when prison investors can no longer write laws, represent and prosecute defendants, or preside over criminal cases will any semblance of justice arrive in U.S. courts.
"No man can serve two masters [his constituents and his stock portfolio]: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other" - Matt. 6:24.

When faced with danger like the threat of IRS audits, being disappeared via NDAA or being arrested on trumped up charges like the Michigan Militia was, it is easy for people to become quiet and turn away, hoping that in their silence the govt will leave them alone. Good people think that if they are just better citizens, the tyrant will pass him or her by...this has never worked throughout the history of man. The Jews were almost destroyed by Hitler, the Christians in Muslim countries are being tortured and killed for their faith and people in this country and being labeled "racist" or "Islamophobe" for speaking out about liberty and silence is creeping over the land. This is not time to be silent, it is time to get loud, be proud and say it out loud, "I was born free, I will die free or trying to be free, no man, no govt will take my rights and liberty from me".
Join me for thirty minutes of inspiration and ideas on striking back at the tyrants. Piss be upon them.
Mud Toe Sasquatch has been a researcher, a materials scientist, a product developer, a quality assurance manager, a schoolteacher, a house painter, a salesman, and amateur actor and director, and a videographer. No matter what avocation he tried, Mud Toe found himself plagued by a persistent sense of spiritual emptiness and an inescapable feeling that human society was fundamentally flawed. He has struggled with substance abuse and self-destructive behavior since he was a teenager.
Four years ago, Mud Toe embarked on a spiritual journey working the Twelve Steps of recovery. Today, he is a PhD student at a well known Major University in the Midwest. He has also accepted a call to become a Healer of Society in the Nemenhah Native American tradition, which he has joined through spiritual adoption. He writes and speaks about his experiences in addiction and recovery, and publishes his words so they might reach those who need them. He maintains a Facebook page of his writings, and now will be sharing his thoughts on a weekly radio program on Withinsights radio called "Mud Toe at Midnight."
Mud Toe is not your average, everyday shaman. For him, it's not all "Love and Light." He is not afraid to access and embrace the darker elements of his experience. His intention is to be fully honest with his readers and his audience. He paints vivid pictures, and they're not always pretty.
Join Mud Toe every Friday at Midnight for a different kind of spiritual program.

Isn't it ironic that the lame stream media, public officials, and other pundits promote peace in Ferguson as a response to the riots yet we continue to drop bombs in the middle east. War is not the answer or is it...
America has a violent past, a violent present, and a may I dare say a violent future. Tonight we discuss the differences and similarities between the Cliven Bundy case and the Ferguson case. Two isolated incidents with common threads and an underlining theme that cannot be denied.
Since the days of Martin Luther King the phrase, "Turn the other cheek" has been a prominent theme line in the black community. Although marching, protesting, and boycotting were cornerstones to the civil rights movement many question whether these tactics are outdated. On the flip-side how productive and effective is rioting.
In other news we will address how The CDC and the powers that be have been deliberately waging war against the black youth of America. A top research scientist for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) played a key role in helping Dr. Brian Hooker of the Focus Autism Foundation uncover data manipulation by the CDC that obscured a higher incident of autism in Black Boys.
Orlando Activist Co Host Pete Murtha and Host Dave Bourne discuss the injustice system and the oppressive corrupt system of judges, courts, prosecutors and prisons. Where you are guilty until proven innocent, judges make their own judges and interpretations of law and prosecutors only care about getting a conviction not where you are guilty or innocent. Radio Personality Richard Chandler calls in to discuss the prison system and his experiences with it.
The show promotes and discusses the ideas of true freedom and liberty for all people without the partisan politics. Exposing the government for what it is, a mafia that rules only by the threat of force without concent. The show supports peaceful consentual voluntary relationships.Where the people are not robbed, oppressed, controlled and abused under the threat of force and in many cases actual force is used to force compliance.
Governments and it's rulers have no place in the world. I don't want someone else to represent me and make decisions about how I should live my life, when I know what's best for me and can represent myself. I am not a republican, I am not a democrat. I'm not a liberal, I'm not a conservative. I will not allow you to define me, or force me to join one of your gangs. I am an individual and I believe in freedom and liberty for all people, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation as all human beings have a right to freedom and liberty. I will stand up to government oppression and do what I can to educate the public on the illusion and or lack of true freedom in America.
