    Gretchen Alarcon is Vice President, Human Capital Management (HCM) Strategy at Oracle, where she leads the strategy team responsible for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Ms. Alarcon has spent most of her career in HCM. She was an HR practitioner at National Semicondicutor, Ford and Silicon Graphics. 


    While at Icarian, she transitioned to product strategy. 


    In the early 2000s, she joined PeopleSoft, and stayed through its acquisition by Oracle. For the last eight years she has led the strategy team for Oracle’s HCM Cloud applications, a complete suite of products focused on providing new solutions for Modern HR.


    Ms. Alarcon holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in American Studies from Stanford University.

    Prior to launching 1-Page Joanna was CEO and Founder of Performance Advertising, responsible for building one of the US leading outsourced direct sales and marketing firms for two Fortune 500 companies, with a successful exit in 2007. Joanna moved back to the US after spending 5 years in China where she developed and led technologies in the mobile and e-commerce fields. On top of building 1-Page, Joanna most recently served as Managing Partner for Hubert Burda Media in China, where she headed the expansion and led all strategic operations.

Inc. where he had global responsibility for Yahoo!’s customer support  functions, including audience, small business, ad operations, and search network quality. Before joining Yahoo!, Russakow served in executive management roles at Symantec, including leadership of global enterprise support services, global services product management and solutions engineering, and corporate strategy where he helped increase customer support satisfaction to record levels. Russakow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Princeton University and master’s and PhD degrees in mechanical engineering from Stanford University.
