About The Author:
Jason Moore is a business school graduate of Howard University. He has many years of both entrepreneurial and corporate experience from Fortune 500 companies such as Kraft Foods to owning several Internet start-ups. As well as an active advocate that began with volunteerism in Junior Achievement, Boys and Girls Club, and mentoring, Mr. Moore is also President and Founder of Innovative Ideas Group LLC and Chairman and Founder of Unite for Action Inc. He became in involved in activities that specifically helped blacks and other groups, a public speaker, as well as chair and director for several councils and committees. Jason’s extensive professional experience includes entrepreneurship, Information Technology (IT), business, business consulting, E-Commerce, SEO and online/digital marketing.
Dr. Delores Carpenter is a world-renowned preacher, teacher and lecturer. Her writing credits are extensive, covering issues from Christian education to women in ministry to preaching to Africa. She is also the editor of the “African American Heritage Hymnal.” And, she currently serves as the founder and executive director of African Heritage and Cultural Institute of America Inc., which awards church music scholarships.
Dr. Carpenter has served as a professor of Religious Education at the Howard University School of Divinity since 1999. She began her career at the School in 1982 as an assistant professor of Religious Education. Additionally, she has served as the senior pastor of Michigan Park Christian Church in Washington, D.C., for more than 20 years.
Dr. Carpenter earned the Ed.D. from Rutgers University; M.A. from Washington University; and the M.Div. cum laude from Howard University School of Divinity, the first female to receive the degree from the School.
