Most of the anger that goes on day in and day out in quiet motions and can almost go unnoticed if we are not paying attention. It is the same anger that someone who is shouting has, however it is in actions and set ups of upsetting someone for what you yourself have not resolved. From anger we put blame on everyone else but ourselves because we cannot see that our pain is driving our anger and our anger is driving our pain. How do we reach ourselves and see what we are doing to our souls and avoid getting to know ourselves? Anger is simply a flag to let us know something in us needs our attention. How do we get our own attention? Join in on the Conversation Today at 3:30 PM, PST!

Craig Meriwether has been described as a “wake-up” call, giving people the tools and information they need to energize and revitalize their lives, enabling them to end depression and create a life of happiness. He joins the show today to discuss how one needs to rehearse the thoughts and emotions of happiness and joy in order to make them a habit, just like learning to walk or ride a bike. If you've been practicing anger and depression everyday for months then your neuron pathways will be strongest for these emotions; what you train for everyday is what you become better at, so let's reverse the training and practice happiness and love.

One of my many talents, geez, I am cocky and arrogant, and I fully embrace those qualities, is the performance of one-man shows that educate, entertain and make the audience say, "ffffffwwwwwhhhhhhaaaaaaaattt" and "hhhhhhhmmmmmmmmm."
In this short podcast I discuss my D-ANGER Zone workshop that seeks to help people get their heads our of their ass and their ass off of the couch and improve the quality of their life by healing the hurt and managing the fear that drives anger behaviors.
It's a cathartic and satiricaly roller coaster ride into my world, in which I have toiled long and hard to overcome my issues and leverage my personality, temperament and life story to deal with The Bullshit of Life.
Hi, Did you KNOW......As I speak, Anger is moving swiftly in the Body of Christ? The spirit of MURDER is freely visiting the very Elect. Families of faith and even faith movements have silently cradled anger to the point of angry Public and Pulpit messages. Lord help US ALL today! No wonder we have angry children in communities and schools.....WHY?...they watch and listen to what suppose to be love messages but instead they witness family, friends, and church-house corrupt communication!
