Hi, my name is Laura Rose. I am a speaker and author. I am an expert time and project management.
I help busy professionals and entrepreneurs create effective systems so that they can comfortably delegate to others, be more profitable and have time to enjoy life even if they don’t have time to learn new technology or train their staff. I have a knack for making big ideas into on time and profitable projects.
At the end of the day, I give people peace of mind.

In every generation, there are men and women whom we can look up to and respect. It is amazing to me that the greatest leaders, are humble people who can talk to you as if you are a friend and at the same time lead thousands of people in any great organization.
We have met several of these great leaders and tonight I would like to share some thoughts on leadership after all this is an educational broadcast.
Capt. Jerry Prickett USN Retired teaches a class at Promise Christian University on Leadership and Management. He goes on to describe the qualities of a great leader. We should pay attention to the qualities that truly makes a person great. It's not their money, nor their position, nor their accomplishments. What truly makes a leader great is how he impacts the lives of those he comes into contact with.
I would like to share my thoughts on great leadership. A potential great leader is willing to start at the bottom, and do the little things well.
Our conversation leads us to a discussion about saving our children and how to truly be a voice for their well being. We are seeing a shift in dynamics, our children are being targeted, arrested with heavy sentences for petty crimes. Targeted as social media stars by attacking one another and broacasting it and even murdered at the hands of yhe police. When do we say enough is enough? When do we start speaking up for those who are need advocates for them? Join me as I discuss the idea of child advocacy and how we can start saving our youth!
