We have a Hope that endures.... But do we really believe that? Do we have a hope that cannot be shaken no matter what comes our way? As children of God we truly have a hope that endures. And its found in Christ alone. Anything else is sub par or simply not good enough. Many christians today are struggling with deppression, sadness and just giving up on life and want to end it all. And so they lose hope. And so we find ourselves at times floundering and asking ourselves why am I am this great dark pit of despair? We find ourselves listening to the wrong voices and focusing on temperary things that don't matter, and this is where we must be reminded that we must have an eternal perspective, and a sustaining hope that endures.

Join us Monday, September 22nd 2014 at 7pm EST, 6pm CST, 5pm MST, & 4pm PST at "On Target For God" for "A TRAGEDY CALLED CHURCH - part 4". We will continue our teaching concerning the biblical pattern for what we know as the "Church" versus what we commonly call "church" in the present day. We will use the Holy Scriptures to separate truth from tradition by further examining in more detail doctrines and concepts such as Clergy & Laity, and other things. We are going to pick up from where we left off with “the role of women in ministry”. We will examine how vital it is to the Body of Christ to define the roles of women in ministry and show the detriment of not having women in ministry.

Willie and Dave Hauser are co hosts.
What an exciting time to live.
Titus 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
This show is to help people pray and find answers and solutions to every perplexity and problems that they have. Healing of mind, body and spirit can only come through Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior and by studying the Bible. By beholding Jesus, we become change.
Many churches are filled with intelligent people: doctors, lawyers, teachers, policemen and other professionals. But these same smart people seem to lose all common sense when they start going to church. They follow pastors involved with money and sex scandals and promote leaders who don't even encourage them to read the Bible for themselves. Some even support a non-working pastor before they'll support their own relatives.
Join Will, Sage, COGIC Refugee and Show Me the Money as we discuss whether Christianity makes some folks stupid, why it happens and what we can do about it. As always, we'll come with News You Can Use and then dive right into the topic. Listen online or call (646) 564-9704 to speak to us live!

Grievous losses are an inevitable part of life we will each face, sooner or later. The pain of separation due to deployment. The loss of personal identity in advanced Alzheimer's disease. Life stolen away too soon by cancer's wrath. Financial havoc due to illness, disability, or death. Jean Bota has made it her life's mission to assist hurting people in the process of self-discovery and renewed hope.
With 33 years in the banking industry, Jean has witnessed and counseled people through some of their darkest times. "Change comes with a range of emotional responses, defense mechanisms and deep emotional states," she says. "Change brings profound questions: Who do I see? How can I navigate this change? What will I do? How do I initiate the change?"
In 2001 Jean experienced the sudden death of her husband which took her on a path of self-discovery and into a deeper spiritual awareness. Her loss transformed her, intensified her spiritual life, and awakened her; resulting in a return to college to further her education. It assisted the opening of creativity and restoration of self-confidence. As her losses became mingled with her education, she came to realize that many in the world had lost compassion and concern for others. She saw rational, logical and packaged formulas for coping with loss, which created a disconnect between individuals and their emotions. She felt compelled to develop new strategies; ones that recognized transitions are as natural as night and day.
Jean Bota says, "there is no beginnings and no endings, just adventure in life. As human beings we also experience changes in our lives; many anticipated and some sudden and unpredicted. One has to live those feelings of loss to truly understand the effects they have on individuals." Join us in this episode to dig deeper after loss. Isn't it time to find your passion and find the real you?
