Even if everyone else is a liar, God is true…
(Rom. 3:4 NLT )
People will tell you there is no such thing as Heaven but that’s not true. There is a Heaven
(Genesis 1:1). Heaven is the eternal home of all those who have made Sir Jesus the master of
Actually, there are three Heavens. In 2 Corinthians 12:2 NLT Paul said, “I was caught up to the
third heaven fourteen years ago. Whether I was in my body or out of my body, I don't
know—only God knows.”
Let’s talk about these different varieties of heaven.
The first heaven is our sky (Isaiah 55:9-10). It’s where birds fly, airplanes navigate and
sky-scrapers dwell. The first heaven stops at the furthest point of the ozone layer.
The second heaven is what we’ve come to know as outer space (Genesis 1:14-17). It’s where
space ships travel and satellites are positioned.
The third Heaven is located in an area outside or above the first two heavens. It is an actual
planet (Hebrews 11:16) located in the north (Isaiah 14:12). If you want to find Heaven, locate
Polaris (North Star) and head north!
It takes about 430 light-years from earth to the North Star; one light year is about 6 trillion miles.
Wow, I’m at least 3 quadrillion miles from home!
But that’s okay because I know where my eternal home is. Do you?
