    Walking The Spiritual Warrior's Path

    in Spirituality

A-LO-HA!  Greetings and welcome everyone, I’m Lana inviting you to enjoy another session of Dah Coconut Wireless … broadcasting from Station Aloha in the Pacific Northwest.  Good morning … good afternoon … or good evening!

As spiritual warriors, the path that we walk on is narrow … and it is constrained by three kapus, three sacred directives.  Since you have reached that place of knowing, I can offer these kapus to you.

Love all that you see—with humility. In order to love all that we see, this can only come from a place of humility.
Live all that you feel—with reverence. When we live what we feel—what the mythologist Joseph Campbell meant when he said ‘follow your bliss’—this leads us inexorably toward reverence, an active sense of respect. This is the foundation stone of indigenous mind.

Know all that you possess—with discipline. And when we know all that we possess—and this includes what possesses us—we find our self-discipline. We cannot walk the sacred path without discipline.  This is where so many spiritual seekers as well as teachers have stumbled.

When we come from the place of humility, we connect with the energy of compassion.  This allows us to experience the power of aloha—of love.

When we practice acceptance and live what we feel, we are drawn inexorably toward reverence, an active respect for everyone and everything we encounter in life.

And through knowing what we possess, we find our discipline. And in order to discover who we are as well as where we are, self-discipline is essential, because without it, we cannot progress.

We begin to explore the Law of One, then we'll embark on a Self-Healing Ritual, a Ho'oponopono with the many selves that are YOU.

The True Healing of Ho 'oponopono with Douglas "Ka'iwi" Ah Hee - Grace Christian

    in Motivation

Douglas “Ka’iwi” Ah Hee, a Kahu in Hawaii, will be discussing his work in - and philosophy of - healing, and the need for a strong faith.  His experiences in “seeing” what was going on with his client’s body, allowed him to recognize how their memories from past events would promote disease.   By explaining this to them, he has helped many -  not only free their body of pain- but also open up to understanding their own “gifts”.

Kahu Ka’iwi will discuss cases from his own work that describe how releasing these ties to harmful memories helped clients.  He helps clients heal physically, emotional, and spiritually – the true healing of ho’ oponopono.

Douglas “Ka`iwi” Ah Hee comes from the windward side of the island of Oahu, Hawai`i.  He credits his pure Hawaiian grandmother for his upbringing and “gifts.”  She would talk to people that he could not “see.” Growing up as a “sensitive” was never discussed by anyone in his family.  Her passing when he was 16, caused much angst, as he did not know how to deal with his seeing, feeling, and sensing “spirits.”  It was not until he had his 2 daughters, and they shared with him of what they were “seeing”, that he decided to embrace his “gifts.”

Ka’iwi started The Ho`ola Foundation LLC, which was created to teach individuals, groups and eventually communities to empower themselves. Through Ho`oponopono (to make right; or correct) and Ha`aha`a (humility) one may restore the true La`a kea (Sacred Light) of Aloha within the mind, body and spirit.

Ho'ola - meaning to give life, heal, to cure; Ola - meaningful life, well-being, living.

Cleaning Your Life and Releasing that Which No Longer Serves With Ho'oponopono.

    in Spirituality

How many of us would love a 'do over' in our lives?   To have just one chance to change something we've done in our past that we hold regret over...? Something that is continually on the lobes of the brain and in the fragmented pieces our hearts that we feel we've recieved or caused damages to.  Who amongst us wouldn't welcome the opportunity to erase a decision, action or moment of time in this life that is but a blink in the scope of infinity....   Sometimes we are lucky enough to be able to express our deepest apologies and reconcile face to face.  However, often times, because of ego (ego of self, the other party or parties involved), distance or even the passing of this physical life, a face to face apology which would allow us to clear the air and begin the healing process becomes difficult if not impossible. These feelings of regret do us no good in our lives,  but just 'forgetting' them and moving on doesn't really heal or properly release the feelings and allow for real change in our lives...

Please join Mindy and Rene' this Thursday evening as they discuss the ancient Hawaiian, loving  practice of Ho'oponopono~ or making right.     Ho'oponopono is way of connecting on a soul level to someone or even a collective of souls or a situation/s and making the apology that is necessary for self and soul/s in order to "make right" and move forward in this life.  This practice will help to cut  the the negative ties that bind us to particular situation, and will allow  the healing of love and light to fill the space where regret, sadness, grief and stagnation once existed.  It's time to release that which no longer serves....

    How to Forgive the Unforgivable

    in Self Help

Join host Kelly Galea and her guest Belinda Farrell for this conversation about forgiveness.

Forgiveness is often misinterpreted. We cannot change the past or what happened to us. But we can change the meaning we give it. Learn the real meaning of "forgiveness," which is based on an ancient Relationship Resolution Process called "Ho'oponopono."

Experience the freedom of self-forgiveness once and for all, and with that freedom, live a life unshackled to negativity, the past or limitations!

    About our Guest

Belinda Farrell, author of the book Find Your Friggin’ Joy, graduated with a BA in Spanish and English from the University of California at Berkeley and is trained in hypnotherapy, past life regression, NLP, Hawaiian chanting, and ancient Hawaiian healing (Huna). Belinda trained with Anthony Robbins and has effectively used these skills in her own life. She has completed 18 firewalks.

When Belinda was forty-eight, she collapsed with herniated discs and spinal nerve damage. Threatened with paralysis by her medical doctors if she didn’t have surgery, Belinda instead chose to apply the ancient Hawaiian healing practices she had been learning the previous three years, which are covered in this book. Her back completely healed, including childhood scoliosis. For fifteen years she has been sharing these healing practices with others, offering Reconnective Healing and Huna classes and taking clients to Hawaii to teach Huna and swim with wild spinner dolphins.

SATURDAY WAKE UP CALL - Waging Peace With Nonviolent Direct Action

    in Spirituality

The POWER of Nonviolence is understood by far too few people.  Mahatma Gandhi said, "Non-violence is the greatest force at the disposal of [hu]mankind. It is mightier than the mightiest weapon of destruction devised by the ingenuity of man."  Violence erupts from the lowest aspect of who we are as human beings. To achieve Peace through nonviolence requires a shift upward and into the Highest Expression of our Being.

The first peace, which is the most important, is that which comes within the souls of people when they realize their relationship, their oneness with the universe and all its powers, and when they realize that at the center of the universe dwells the Great Spirit, and that this center is really everywhere, it is within each of us. — Black Elk (1863-1950)

“The first principal of non-violent action is that of non-cooperation with everything humiliating.” ? Mahatma Gandhi, On Non-Violence
