Tara Nesta Rea would like to give you an Angel Cat Card Reading…don’t be shy, call-in, and find out about yourself on deeper levels.
Allow the Angel Cats to guide you into empowerment and greater awareness. These cards were developed by Shankari The Alchemist (www.shankari.com) in sacred space in hopes to heal.
These 22 rainbow cards will transform your life!!!
Tara is a shaman who has healed herself from being in a state of dis-ease into wholeness and well-being.
“Radio has helped me find my voice, and develop my spiritual side”, said Tara. Sometimes, she reads from New Age literature. But you are always going to hear lots and lots of music!!!
The more songs the better - from reggae, to indie, and soul. She will be having guest speakers this new season to talk about this journey called life.
If you have a question ask the Angel Cat Cards to guide the way! Tara is a gentle medium that has a kind heart. A mother, an artist, a poet, a soul with a heart on the pulse of the frontier in healing. Who always maintains a positive outlook no matter in high tide or low tide.“I have de-conditioned myself from limitations that no longer serve the highest good of all”, said Tara. She is always willing to go deeper into the personal matrix to find the solutions to personal challenges that intimidate our/her freedoms. Because life is a blessing, a gift, of the Divine Mind.
You too can release your inner shaman with Animal Medicine. Cats are sacred and so are you!!!!!
Curl up, make some tea, get a friend, and enjoy a great show of spontaneity and joy.
We want to thank you for listening to our show. We have had a few people saying that they would like us to go back to having more shows that allow people to share what is on their mind. With most of our responses to the show being from people who listen to the archives of the show. We have less people taking part then we used to. But this is, "Your Place" and we are going to give it a try. You may have a song that you would like to sing, a testimony, a scripture, share your thoughts on issues that are in the news, and even share your thoughts on something that you think people are overlooking. You are open to share anything and everything. There is only a couple of rules. You can disagree with comments someone else has made but you do not have to be rude in the process, On some topics people may have to agree to disagree while we all get to hear both sides of the issue. We also do not allow any cursing on our show. This is a family show and we do have some children that listen to this show. If you find your microphone cut off in the middle of your thought you have violated one of these two rules. To be on the show all you have to do is push the number 1 on your phone. This shows us you have something to share on our board. We will identify you by the last four digits of your phone number before we put you on the air. If you have shared your thoughts we ask that you push the number 1 on your phone again. Then if you have another comment all you have to do is push 1 again and we will know that you have something more to share.
We are going to take you on a journey with music from different eras. How did these songs make you feel? What memory does it place you in? Does this music feel good to the soul? How does the music of today make you feel? What does it mean to have soul. We will dig deep within to display how music effects the soul and our generations. Lets have some fun this evening and vibe to some good soul music. Tune in!!

Alberta's PAUL BRANDT - the most awarded male Canadian Country Music artist in history - climbed the charts once again this summer with his song Forever Summer. It's another title on his long list of hits which include My Heart Has A History, I Do, That's The Truth, Small Towns & Big Dreams and Didn't Even See The Dust.
A former pediatric registered nurse, Paul had a passion for words and poetry early in life, and began to write music at the age of 13. He also had the goal of one day becoming a doctor. While reaching for his medical dreams during his college years, Paul started entering and winning talent competitions, one of which was the Youth Talent Showdown at the Calgary Exhibition and Stampede. He credits these contests as events that altered the course of his life.
Just As I Am, his 11th studio album (released October 2012), features well-known Gospel songs. The album includes collaborations with artists including Patty Loveless, Ricky Skaggs, Dan Tyminski, John Anderson, The Whites, The Isaacs, Jon Randall Stewart and High Valley.
How it happened that we have two astounding trumpeters on one show, I have NO idea. But let's assure you: it will be Trumpet HEAVEN :) Not only because of the artistry involved, but because these two artists have mastery over so many genres. Comfortable in all worlds, their music has spoken to audiences from Jazz to R & B to Latin and Pop. Let's give you some information to digest....
Dennis Angel had a choice in high school: Julliard or law studies. He chose the latter and has become one of the most sought-after laywers in the motion picture industry. But his love for his instrument blossomed as well. Dennis has been fortunate in that he has been able to record spectacular work ("Timeless Grooves" and the more recent "On Track") while being active in his practice. We'll hear the modern AND retro Soulful Strutting Jazz of Dennis - and we'll hear about his fast-track life. With special TV and live events coming up!
Jumaane (Jew MAH Knee) Smith also had something pivotal happen to HIM in high school: he got to tour with his Jazz band to Montreux and North Sea for the big festivals there. A few years later, he was in the Inaugural Class of Jazz Studies at Julliard. In 2005, he auditioned for Michael Buble and has been with him since. But he has also played with Natalie Cole, Quincy Jones and Stevie Wonder - to name a few! Tracks from "I Only Have Eyes On You" are on tap - and we'll get the scoop on where Jumaane has been and where he's going. You already KNOW :)
A special show, as is the case with ALL shows this week. Each - on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - will be two hours. Dennis Angel joins us at the top of the show on 9/30. Jumaane Smith visits at three. Eastern time, of course.
Hope to see you in The Chat Room!
