Abuse! Not a YES word. Abuse is a word to describes out of control violence. Dating violence, peer violence or parental violence, abuse is abuse. Both abuser and abused need immediate help. It is wrong to abuse. It is wrong to be abused. A Youth Empowering Strategic word, when it comes to Abuse is Flight. Flight is a strategy. Recognizing the situation is abusive is the first step to getting help. Get help if you are the abused of the abuser. Google "where to get help when being abused in your city". Both parties need to seek help. If you are the abuser, seek help. If you are being abused, seek help. Be Prepared with Strategies and seek help!

When did we automatically begin to think of the end of the year holiday season as stressful? When did we start using that language?
