Heather Scott (www.repheatherscott.com), along with Bonner County Sheriff Daryl Wheeler and Washington State representative Matt Shea, came to the attention of Lost Arts radio recently when they stood up against the harassment of a man in her district by Veterans Administration agents who wanted to strip this citizen of his unalienable 2nd Amendment rights because he had suffered a stroke. This is part of the creeping infringement of 2nd Amendment rights by a government that wants to use any excuse possible to disarm American citizens, a step which historically always precedes much more serious tyranny and government crimes against the people. We get a chance on this week's show to find out first hand from Representative Heather Scott what it is really like when honest and courageous people get into government for the right reasons, and what it's really like on the inside.
On this show we also get a rare chance to speak with Sheriff Richard Mack (www.cspoa.org), on how he went from the beginning of his career in law enforcement, to a clear understanding of what needs to change in how that profession serves the people and honors its oath to the U.S. Constitution. Sheriff Mack shares with us how he came to start the great organization called the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (see all their videos on YouTube), and the inspirational work being done by CSPOA members all over America. All of us are needed to support this great effort at turning America back to an actual land of freedom and honor. If you haven't had the privilege of hearing Sheriff Mack talk yet, you are in for a treat with this show. If you have heard him, you know how inspirational his historical commentary and his insights can be on the real function of law enforcement (listen to what he says regarding "stupid laws"), so you know what a great show this is going to be.
Heather Bussing, @Heatherbussing, Employment Attorney and the Editorial Advisory Board editor at HR Examiner drops by @DriveThruHR and talks about her story. “From failure we learn. From failures, successes are born.” We don't speak of failure very often at work or on social media but it is from failure that learning and innovation arise. We’ve all made a bad choice or decision in our careers that didn’t turn out as we had planned, but we have all learned and grown from that experience. Daily on DriveThruHR, we explore the themes of failure, learning and success. Join us and our guests as we share these stories of failure that turns into learning and professional growth every day at 12:00 pm Central Time. The radio program is hosted by @williamtincup, @Thehrbuddy @TheOneCrystal & @MikeVanDervort.. The #1 HR show, with amazing HR conversations and follow us on the twitters at @drivethruhr and #dthr.
Heather Ballentine is a charming, talented, and down-to-earth Southern belle. She is also an entrepreneur, singer/songwriter, pin-up model, and actress. Her life long pursuit of excellence began in Arkansas where she was born. She grew up with passion for performing, and always knew what she was meant to do. Her mother was named after Marilyn Monroe, which sparked Heather’s interest in pin up fashion, culture and lifestyle. Her father, a musician with a fondness for retro music, encouraged her to listen to artists such as Elvis, Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, The Everly Brothers, Roy Orbison, Wanda Jackson, and Buddy Holly, all of whom became Heather’s musical influences.
During University, Heather began modelling and was selected for the Catalina Swimwear campaign which featured her in advertisements and on the runway. However, she soon realized that her curvy figure would not be embraced by mainstream agencies. Rather than be discouraged, she embraced her own pin up style and it became her mission to send a message that curves are cool. She placed top-ten in the Miss Arkansas Pageant, and was the overall swimsuit winner, which assisted in paying for her education. After graduation, Heather was cast to star as “Ado Annie” in Discoveryland USA’s production of “Oklahoma”.
In 2011, Heather moved to Canada and happily adopted it as her new home. Based in Toronto, she is actively building her pin up brand. She and her co-writer Larry Bartley, recently recorded with Grammy-Winning Producer Pete Anderson to create her album, “The Cat’s Meow”. The current single is "Kiss Me". Heather's signature sound appeals to big band, swing, country, and rockabilly audiences alike.

Are you willing to receive the ease with creating your life that is truly available to you?
What if every question you ask, every curiosity you have, enlists the universe to contribute to you—and it is only up to you to ask, and receive?
Welcome to General Hospital Recaps where Shady & Heather will bring you their recaps & reviews of this week in Port Charles. Its time to check into Port Charles and see what is going on. This week we will ponder who killed Silas Clay. Sonny & Carly think Morgan might have. Morgan thinks Ava. Ava thinks Morgan. The cops think Franco, but we all know he is covering for Nina who was at the scene of the crime but also has figured out Ava could have killed Silas. So who killed Silas Clay? I personally think Ric Lansing. Also last week I stated that Brad is probably married to Rosalie, this week I was proven right, is Rosalie actually an Alcazar & it was a Mob Marriage?
