The last time I interviewed Tangie, we got a chance to touch on some amazing aspects of being a woman. Adrianne L. Cunningham is a 34 year old native of Lexington, Kentucky. She graduated with honors from Henry Clay High School in1998. She has also lived in Virginia and several years in Talladega, Alabama. While in Alabama, she attended Central Alabama Community College and studied for an associate's degree in Computer Science. When she is not writing; Adrianne also enjoys travelling and spending time with friends or family. Writing is definitely her deepest passion. Being able to paint a vivid picture for a readers mind and to hopefully leave an insightful message. Adrianne currently resides in Oak Grove, Kentucky.

You don't have to fight to stay fit, all you need to do is make the decision to become healthier by exercising and eating like a champion. Your CHOICES determine how healthy your body and brain will AGE. Be realistic about what your body can do. All activity should be age-appropiate. SIDE BAR, check with your doctor when starting any new that pertains to your health.
For starters, lift weights and eat low fat yogurt, but not at the same time. Both are key to protect bones, which weaken as you age. Drink before you're thirsty. Your body needs to stay hydrated to function properly. Get quality SLEEP...aim for 7-8 hours every night. Quality SLEEP helps to maintain a healthy life into later years.
Before taking ASPIRIN---ASK...etc.
Get a SKIN CHECK...etc.
WALK, WALK, WALK...etc.
PLAY, HAVE FUN, ENJOY...etc.

Perhaps today you can think of a time in your past that was good, or a time in your past that was not so good. In fact there are some memories we would rather forget about. Then there are those times where we are greatly tempted to either reflect upon, contemplate or carry out a certain desire or habit that we know is not healthy for us, but its always a strong temptation for something we should not have or take part in. So how can we shake off the old self and put on the new self? How can we fully live a life of freedom which God has given us to enjoy? Truth is, we need to be saved from ourselves everyday from those chains of lustful thought patterns, old sinful life styles and habits that don't fit who we are....We need to be reminded that theres nothing that can replace the abundant life that God offers, not even those fleeting pleasures that leaves us feeling empty.........that's the great danger of looking back.
