As long as we live we will have to deal with people. Learning how to develop and maintain healthy relationships is a critical aspect to living. During this broadcast Linda will share tips to building relationships. From conflict to resolution and everything in between, Linda will help you set boundaries, live in peace (even in the midst of turmoil) with all men.
Lynn Smith started her coaching career while she was still a student in the 12-month coaching certification program, Health Coach Training. She launched her programs, websites and global teleclasses as she was preparing for graduation.
Working as a women's weight loss coach, Lynn began to identify specific emotional factors that contribute to emotional eating and being overweight. This resulted in Lynn creating a signature program that focused on shifting those inner issues. Lynn's passion is helping women step into their power and learning to love and value themselves.
That passion led her to become a certified Tapping into Wealth coach, where she specializes in helping women entrepreneurs overcome the inner obstacles to being seen and earning their worth.
My mission is to help women business owners step up, stand out, and earn their worth.
There are some financial self-sabotages that hit women particularly hard:
One is perfectionism
Another is not wanting to be seen. We hide. We don’t want to be in the spotlight. But if you can’t be visible, perfect clients and customers can’t see you.
A third, which is a biggie, is feeling deserving. If a woman has nagging thoughts of “Am I good enough?” it’s sending out the message of “I don’t deserve more.”
Nobody wants to talk about this. But if someone doesn’t, women aren’t going to find the help they need.

You can’t change your relationship with money until you change your relationship with yourself.

“Are You Called To Comfort”? Join me today as we look at the phenonenom of compassion fatigue or caregiver's syndome. Many of us are called to comfort and care for others. We are often called to "care" for others, sometimes because we "have to", and other times because we "want to". It is most often, a combination of both the "have to" and the "want to". So how do we "comfort others with the comfort we've received", and do it in a way that gives life to both the giver and reciever? Caregiver burnout is a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion that may be accompanied by a change in attitude -- from positive and caring to negative and unconcerned. Burnout can occur when caregivers don't get the help they need, or if they try to do more than they are able -- either physically or financially. Many times caregivers who are "burned out" experience fatigue, stress, anxiety, and depressive symptims. Many caregivers also feel guilty if they spend time on themselves rather than on their ill or elderly loved ones. Today we will look at how to know if you are burning out, the feelings that come with caring for other another (on any level), and how to do it in a healthy way. So, we ask the question again, "How do we comfort others with the comfort we've received, and do it in a way that gives life to both the giver and reciever? Most of all, we find that the ability to comfort well is always connected to the caregiver's ability and willingness to receive care.
My name is Beau Chatham and I am a Master Coach with The Burris Institute.I am also the CEO & Tribal Leader of Warrior Life Coach, an Atlanta, GA-based executive coaching practice, where I work with business professionals, athletes, and combat veterans.A little bit about my background – I was a commissioned Infantry officer in the United States Army. I am Airborne Ranger qualified, saw ground combat in Grenada during Operation Urgent Fury, and served in numerous other command and training positions.I left military service after 10 years and found myself in the world of biotech and pharmaceutical commercialization, where I marketed injection and oral drug therapies. I also served as a corporate trainer, where I conducted and coordinated medical education programs for sales representative, focusing in the areas of anatomy, physiology, and disease state management. Of particular note, I recall the longitudinal studies of Dr Charles Hoge published October of 2004, in the New England Journal of Medicine that addressed the growing mental health burden being produced from extended combat operations.As a warrior and medical educator, I knew that I wanted to help our returning combat veterans, so I started looking in to life skills coaching. The problem was that so many of the life coaching schools insisted that coaching was for “healthy” people and that the emotional states of fear, guilt, and anger were best suited for psychiatry.
