How to Maintain a Healthy Diet While Traveling

    in Health

For many people, traveling can be a huge challenge when trying to eat healthy. Hotels don't come stocked with Vitamixes, and generally don't have green smoothies on the room service menu.
Airplanes have limits on the size of containers plus serve terrible food and snacks.
And finally, when traveling it's easy to be tempted to get whatever food is available and easy (like the continental breakfast...bagels, coffee, synthetic creamer, and of course sugar).
It's no wonder that people may find it easier to just give in and do "as in Rome" when on the road.
Dr. Ritamarie travels extensively, sometimes for weeks at a time, so she has figured out lots of clever and delicious ways to maintain a healthy diet while on the road...and on the run.
Hint: it's so much easier than you think to stay healthy anytime, anywhere. Join Dr. Ritamarie as she gives you some simple strategies, tips, and tricks that will keep both your body happy as well as give you peace of mind. Don't miss this powerful show!
