Why it is vital to come home to inside our bodies in order to heal after narcissistic abuse?
In this radio show you will learn all about how we originally got disconnected from “being with ourselves” and what that looks like, how it plays out and how it feels.
Maybe we think connecting with our bodies is about eating healthily, or exercising and respecting our physical being. Many of us did not realise that “body-awareness” relates to every aspect of our emotional life – our relationship with ourselves, others and our Higher Power.
Until narcissistic abuse most of us had no idea that we weren’t self-partnered, let alone the deadly price of not being self-partnered.
This is a deep journey into the Body Connection; the understanding of what it is, and how to do it.
Kim Saeed is someone I've followed online for over a year. Her blog articles are amongst the top searches for all things related to healing from narcissistic abuse. She is unique in her approach because she focuses so much on the healing process which is considerable. Experts say it takes more time to recover from a breakup with a narcissist (be that a friendship, colleague, family member, partner, or spouse) because you have to grieve twice. You grieve first for the person the narcissist pretended to be (your most loyal friend, soulmate, perfect boss) and then you grieve yet again about the horror of who they actually are: your worst nightmare.
Exactly like drug addiction you are high from the intensity during the initial stages of the relationship. You spend the rest of the entire relationship wanting to get back to that initial high that never comes. Being in a relationship with a narcissist is akin to being addicted to heroin. It will slowly kill you. Every time you leave and are wooed back it is worse which is why the term "No Contact" is the crucial point of Kim's practice.

What if he/she isn't a narcissist and I'm giving up too soon?
What if I'm the narcissist?
Is there a possibility the Narcissist can change?
I've been in therapy for years, but I still don't seem to be healing.
Is this my fault?
It feels like no one is interested in me. Maybe the narcissist was right about me.
How important is it to learn how to modulate/regulate emotions in the first step in healing?
How is the term 'grey rock' helpful and why it should only be used in cases of shared custody/shared employer.
This One Step - Older Adult Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse
Wednesdays we talk about finding support after breaking our silence.
Polly Moore grew up with six siblings in Mobile, Alabama, but was only 8 years old when her father died of lung cancer. Soon two neighborhood boys began to molest her, friends of her older twin brothers. A couple of years later she was assaulted by another neighbor and later by her older brother. She was able to break away from the abuse at the age of twelve, but was by then deep in the darkness of isolation. Polly is now a mother and grandmother, and has lived in Atlanta for the past 15 years. She is contemplating returning to finish her final year at Western Carolina University where she majored in Accounting, and has become a devoted advocate for adult survivors of Child Sexual Abuse.
She began her organization, This One Step, to help older survivors of Child Sexual Abuse deal with the trama of being part of what she has named, "The Unknown Generation" A generation of survivors who had nowhere to go for support. In her late teens she began writing as a coping mechanism to deal with the PTSD. Her three books, "Cider Blocks and Oven Racks", "Billy Wayne's Christmas Train" and "The Unknown Generation" will be available in early 2016. She has written many southern short stories which have been published in different publications. She is now hosting her own blogtalk radio show Monday through Friday beginning at 6:00am.
Today’s Thriver Show is about Prima, a lady who went through a highly abusive narcissistic marriage that had her eventually fleeing, fearful for her life.
He had threatened that if she ever left him he would kill her.
Now today Prima has not only recovered herself, her emotions and her life, but she was also recently awarded full legal custody of her two daughters.
This occurred despite being initially terrified for her and her daughters that he would charm the courts and no-one would believe her.
But one day something completely changed, and what unfolded was nothing short of a miracle.
Find out all about this incredible story in today’s Thriver Show.

Tonight's special guest is Deborah Dooley from Denver, Colorado, a NAASCA family member who's making her first appearance as a special guest on our show. "The support of the unity of your organization has already impacted me," she told us some time ago. "I already felt great about even making contact with you and knowing what you are doing that it gave me a refreshed hope about my own journey of healing." Deborah's a proud member of the Christian community, but also wrote me that she recognized the benefit of using a 12 step "design for living" for child abuse recovery, saying, "Many times, I have thought about how valuable it would be to have a 12 step program for abuse issues that could translate to help all people since the 12 step is so effective in its use." A 12 step program encourages belief in a Power greater than oneself, of course, but allows for a God as you understand Him. She said, "I, personally, hope to go through this 12 step program that you have developed" (please see www.ASCA12step.org). Deborah was born in Hawaii but lives in Denver now, and tells us she's the proud mother of a daughter who unfortunately ended her life in July 2013 after a long series of very traumatic circumstances. "My life up until her death was focused on getting her safe from abuse by her dad since the courts don't protect kids from this," she says, "and there's no place to turn for help at this point to protect your child. I am now working on what is the best and most expedient solution for the courts." She believes that these kinds of preventable tragedies can be stopped from happening to children and families. Deborah hopes to work toward making our country be more loving towards its children.
Friday shows are dedicated to how we survivors are doing something each day just for ourselves. Me, Me, Me day.

The proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMD), terrorism, cybersecurity threats, climate change, and economic imbalances between developed and developing nations are all issues that great powers alone cannot resolve.
What all the liberals, all the communist, all the socialist, even Obama, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders are demanding to have a one world government for full control of you and I and the rest of the human race.
In truth these things were told to us by Jesus Christ our Lord and personal Savior around 2000 years ago. Even in the Book of Daneal over 4000 years a go. Read Daneal chapter 7 to the end of the book of Daneal and see for your very selves.
