Creepypastas are short horror stories, fanfiction or other media that are collected and shared across the Internet with the intent of frightening or unnerving the reader. The name is derived from the internet slang term "copypasta", which refers to text that has been copied and pasted by users onto discussion boards multiple times. Creepypastas are similar to urban legends, although creepypastas do not always take the form of written text or spoken word; some consist of allegedly haunted images, videos, or games.
Creepypastas come in a variety of styles, but some are particularly common. "Haunted image" creepypastas are fictional stories that include a picture that is said to haunt and torment the reader. "Lost episode" creepypastas are fictional stories about discarded or unused episodes of real shows, usually cartoons. Lost episodes are intended to unnerve the reader by deviating from the normative behavior of characters, centering on death, and including "hyper-realistic" images of the characters in the show. "Ritual" creepypastas are fictional procedures to invoke entities or supernatural experiences.

You've heard them on Haunted Nights LIVE! Tamara Thorne and Alistair Cross bring you the best in horror, hauntings and spooks! The tables are turned tonight when they become the interviewees on Authors on the Air. These two crazy kids have written another winning heart-stopper of a book and they have agreed to go under the lights in Pam Stack's studio. Here's a little bit about The Cliffhouse Haunting: Cliffhouse has not always been a place of rest and respite, though. Over the years it has served many vices, from rum-running to prostitution and although the cat houses have been replaced by a miniature golf course and carousel, Cliffhouse retains its dark history; darkest during the Roaring Twenties, when a serial killer called the Bodice Ripper terrorized the town, and a phantom, the Blue Lady, was said to walk when murder was imminent.
Death walks With her…
Now, there’s a new killer on the loose and the Blue Lady sightings have returned. The Bellamys are losing maids and guests are being tormented by disembodied whispers, wet phantom footprints and the blood-chilling shrieks of mad laughter that echo through the halls of Cliffhouse in the dead of night.

Hosts Deb DeRousse & Jonathan Lento are thrilled to have Stacey Jones as their guest.
Stacey Jones has been fascinated with claims of hauntings since she was 6 when her mom recounted her own true tale. She grew up, became a cop, but never lost her passion for the unexplained. She began investigating Haunted Locations in 1984 and started her group Central NY Ghost Hunters in 1995 after responding to an “unexplained noise” complaint from a single mom of 3 young boys. She found no explanation for the noises, but suspected the house may have been haunted. The mother and boys fled the house, and Stacey vowed she would help those who needed it and a “Ghost Cop” was born.
Stacey is the nation’s leading female paranormal investigator and is well respected in the Paranormal Community for Research and has conducted over 1000 investigations. Throughout the years Stacey has teamed up with Jason Hawes, Grant Wilson, Zak Bagans, Chip Coffey, John Zaffis, Chris Fleming, Jeff Belanger of Ghost Village and “Researcher for “Ghost Adventures” and Renowned Parapsychologist; Dr. Barry Taff.
She has been featured on Discovery Channel’s “A Haunting” “Ghost Hunter”, “Hidden Terror”, Travel Channels “Ghost Adventures” and Zak Bagans “Paranormal Challenge”. She also starred in her own Paranormal Reality show “CNY Spirits” On the CW Channel. Stacey was also a co-host on TAPS PARAmagazine Radio and featuredon Coast to Coast with George Noory where he proclaimed Stacey’s “Horrific EVP” as the most profound piece of ghost evidence to date.
On Haunted Collector, Brian is the Tech Specialist, responsible for the implementation and use of all the gadgets and gear. Best known for mixing old and new techniques of investigating, he often finds himself doing the physical tasks, such as crawling under houses and up into attics. He also serves as second in command of the team and helps manage the deployment of the crew itself. Ultimately, his goal as an investigator is to measure, quantify and get empirical evidence to support the claims of paranormal activity reported while maintaining his skeptical edge.
Within SCARED! his role is that of a parapsychologist; the Scientist. His belief is that the universe, in all its diversity and complexity, is a system that operates within a set of laws and rules, even if we don't understand them yet. This mindset allows him to accept the unknown more readily and attempt to bridge the gap between Science and Faith.
In addition to Haunted Collector and SCARED!, Brian can be found touring the country appearing at paranormal events as well as lecturing on the college circuit during the Fall. Brian's work has been praised in several publications, including TAPS Paramagazine and Haunted Times Magazine. Various episodes of SCARED! have won awards at several film festivals, most recently, "Haunted Snug Harbor" which won Best Cinematography at the 2013 Macabre Faire Film Festival.
His latest focus has been on spreading, "#Paralosophy", a term he coined as a mash-up of paranormal and philosophy. "There are a lot of people out there doing the Work now and I'd like them to think more and do less. Really consider the whys before addressing the hows."
