    The 2013 Coachella Valley Harvey Milk Diversity Breakfast honored the memory Harvey Milk, an American hero..The keynote speaker was Judge Vaughn Walker who, on August 4, 2010, ruled that Proposition 8 was unconstitutional “under both the Due Process and Equal Protection Clauses” of the United States Constitution and prohibited its enforcement.
