SFTVR PresentZ: TalkingCARZ with CEO Steve Tomaszewski with special Co-Host Randi Payton CEO & Founder of Decisive Magazine and media and Special promoter of the 2017 Urban Wheels Awards in Detroit.
Join us today by calling at 1-909-202-8714 Press 1 to talk with Steve and Randi. "We Listen to YOU" Payton went on to become an editor for the Afro-American Newspapers, recognized at the time as the best of the nation’s black newspapers. He noted the absence of auto coverage in the paper and not coincidently, the paucity of car maker advertising. He attacked the first problem by starting a weekly auto column that he soon syndicated for free to 200 other minority publications. The other problem, advertising, was more complex. For years, auto advertising to minorities consisted of a person of color in a print ad that ran in a few selected publications. But, as one car company advertising director found out at the cost of his job, it did not include Harry Belafonte holding Petula Clark’shand on national television. And, that singer Lou Rawls was deemed too black to be an auto spokesman.

The Flash Talk Podcast #35 - S 2 Ep 12 FAST LANE
Right before the particle accelerator explosion, Joey Monteleone was thrown into a tar pit and left for dead. Sealed away, he is freed two years later with the ability to turn his body into tar. He sets out to get revenge on those who attempted to kill him. Meanwhile, Dr. Wells creates a device to syphon Barry's speed energy and attaches it to his suit. He and Barry also successfully find a way to close the breaches of Earth-2. When Barry goes after Joey, the device works, and permanently steals a portion of Barry's speed, slowing him down. Wells gives the energy to Zoom, who demands the rest. While going after Joey a second time, Iris is injured when Barry is too slow to save her. Watching Barry wrestle with the guilt of Iris' injury, Wells confesses. Wells pleads his case, asking to be returned to Earth-2 and have Barry seal the breaches so Zoom cannot re-enter. After stopping Joey with an invention of Wells', Barry realizes that Wells was only trying to save his daughter, which the rest of them would have done. The team informs Wells that he will return to Earth-2, but that Barry and Cisco will be going with him to save his daughter.

Because of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade, Black people around the world have lost a great part of their history. Although this being fact, many have discovered ways and have been determined to discover who they are by doing historical research of their ancestry.
Have you ever had questions about the historical roots of your family? Are their old tales passed down from generation to generation that you would like to de-bunk or proove?
Because of modern technology, today research is available through your local library and websites such as ancestry.com
Join us as we journey through the ancestry of two of our guests.
We will be joined by Avery Harry, who will talk to us about her Great Great Great Grand Father Spotswood Rice. Who was this man? What was his contribution to his family and society?
We will also be joined by Alex 'D Paul Lee, a Texas resident that made a life changing transformation in his life by discovering his roots. Before getting to know his ancestry, Alex was partying, out smoking weed, and just acting as if he had no direction.
All those ways changed once he discovered who he was..
