So it is always when things are darkest I get happy. Not because I am the queen of the night, but because taking chaos and shity situations and bringing a remedy and prosperity to someone is the most amazing thing I can do.
I cannot articulate the joy that comes from helping someone take control of their life and bring them the skill set needed to progress. That for me is true magic, and if you are brave enough to do the hardwork I am happy to sign post and cheerlead for you :

Your own jealousies, competitiveness, in-fighting, unwillingness to support one another and pettiness with other black people is what’s keeping you from moving forward. You have people who say that they support you, but when it comes time to show that support they are nowhere to be found. Hmmm. There is enough food out here to eat for everyone, so why are we so afraid that if we help one another that we will no longer be able to eat! Hmmm! Take a look arounnd you and take notice of the culture of people who are excelling in businesses, guess what, they support one another. Hmmm SO WHY CAN'T WE!!!!

Today on this special segment of FOXOLOGY TODAY, I will chat with Chicago-based custom hangbag designer Alexa Holzwarth of LexiWynn Designs about her unique creations and business opportunities. She's an entrepreneur with a vision who knows where she's going, and believe me, she's got it in the bag! I hope you'll tune in!
About today's Guest
LexiWynn founder Alexa Holzwarth, learned to sew and appreciate fabrics at a very early age, growing up around her parents' successful custom window treatment business in Virgina. With a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity, Alexa started her business in 2005 by making custom window treatments, pillows, and slipcovers out of her home in Libertyville, Illinois. In April of 2006, she designed her first purse – the aptly named Lexi Hobo – quickly realizing that she could successfully create fun and functional bags using fabrics that she loved.
As her purses gained popularity, Alexa developed a business and a small team of talented workers that would allow her to stay home with her small children but also serve as an outlet for her creativity, knack for design, and empowering others to get involved in the creative process.
She says "We are living the classic American story, the LexiWynn brand is all about vision and hardwork and bootstrapping and learning as you go."

We are extremely eager to get into the BYGP Locker Room tonight, to talk about whether or not, college football players should get paid for playing!
This is a huge topic right now in college football, and there are definitely opinions on both sides of the fence. For years, college football players have expressed that they want a larger slice of the revenue generated from their hardwork on the field, but does that make it the right thing to do?
Join us as we discuss. By the way, we would love to hear your opinion tonight. Can't wait!
