Some people say that all relationships, marriage, and love are “Hard Work,” but the work you put in can be rewarding when it’s done right. Others say that love, relationships, and marriage would never be labeled as “Hard Work” if people actually entered into these for the long haul, meaning that you’re signing up to stick together through good times and bad times so when the bad times come you don’t complain or bail. But, how you label the “Work” you put into relationships may have more to do with the person you’re with and how compatible the two of you are when it comes to problem solving, respect, and admiration, etc. Then again, maybe part of the “Hard Work” is less about the partnership and more about resolving issues of each individual so both people can heal, i.e. finding your collective cohesiveness.
Everyone enters relationships wounded in some way and the “Hard Work” may be humbling yourself to admit to flaws and do the “Work” to tackle difficult issues and challenges, making yourself a better partner for your mate. From this perspective, the "Hard Work” you do on yourself, benefits your mate and your relationship in a deeper sense. These are just a few ideas and We Want to Hear From You about how you find your relationships, marriage, and love to be “Hard Work,” if you do find them to be “Hard Work”?

The conflicts in Gaza, Ukraine and Iraq have stolen attention from the ongoing tragedy in Syria, which continues to stand as a bulwark against the advance of the Anglo-American-Israeli Empire. Events in Syria are intimately related to those in Iraq and may determine how things play out in Ukraine, which many see as a bridge too far that the Empire builders should not have attempted to cross. Syria has always been a staunch ally of the Palestinian people, large numbers of whom are suffering disproportionately in their camps in Syria because of the conflict.
With CIA-vetted propaganda flying fast and furious about events around the region, you will want to listen in when I ask the hard questions about accusations of war crimes in Syria when I am joined by my guest Ziad Fadel, Baath Party member and editor of Syrian Perspective on August 2 at 9 AM PST/ 12 PM EST.

Conversation with the author of Concrete Jungle, Toronto native Kamilah Hayward.
Trey and Diamond are two kindred spirits, from Toronto, Ontario whose paths have crossed, both on a forbidden journey of overcoming trials and tribulations of being lost in the streets. The lack of guidance and awareness of consciousness in their atmosphere has sent them on a wild roller coaster seeking something more out of life. Something they can’t see smell, touch, or taste but, it’s in the air. Their young wild spirits thing they know what lies ahead but, they think they have it all planned out but, the more they think, the more lost they have become in a world full of illusions. Will they find their way or just continue as lost children in the concrete jungle?
After ISIS beheading video, British Prime Minister David Cameron cancels his vacation; Response to ISIS beheading of James Foley "puts Obama’s reaction to shame"; Addressing James Foley’s murder, Obama speaks loudly and leaves the stick at home; “Governor Rick Perry of Texas is one of the least thoughtful and most damaging state leaders in America...But bad political judgment is not necessarily a felony, and the indictment handed up against him on Friday — given the facts so far — appears to be the product of an overzealous prosecution.”; Why do only handful of Ferguson-esque tragedies trigger national outrage?; and "[We] see how seriously Jay Nixon takes grand juries."
