While we all hope for one of those Holiday's with no stress; those times we get together with friends, familly, nieghbors, and co-workers and it all "works". We all know that reality is often very different from fantasy when it comes to the holidays. Sadly, Christmas can be pretty stressful and unpleasant for many who may not look forward to spending a lot of time with people that they don't particularly like but feel obligated to be with during this time of year, at the same time it can often be just as stressful with the peolpe we do like! We're going to take drama out of holiday get togethers.
I'd like to offer several strategies for surviving the holiday. So, consider doing the right thing for yourself (and perhaps others too) by using the following tools we will talk about in today's show. By the way, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah!
Like many of you, our family was blessed with the opportunity to gather together over the recent Thanksgiving holiday.Columba and I are so proud of the wonderful adults our children have become, and we loved spending time with our three precious grandchildren.
We shared good food and watched a whole lot of football.
We also talked about the future of our nation. As a result of these conversations and thoughtful consideration of the kind of strong leadership I think America needs, I have decided to actively explore the possibility of running for President of the United States.
In January, I also plan to establish a Leadership PAC that will help me facilitate conversations with citizens across America to discuss the most critical challenges facing our exceptional nation. The PAC’s purpose will be to support leaders, ideas and policies that will expand opportunity and prosperity for all Americans.
In the coming months, I hope to visit with many of you and have a conversation about restoring the promise of America.
Best wishes to you and your families for a happy holiday season. I’ll be in touch soon.

"Backward turn backward O time in your flight, make me a child again just for tonight!'
In my mind's eye, I see it so clearly. Christmas was always a festive holiday while growing up. Pa Paun, my father always got up at 4:30 a.m. to start the furnace and Ma Paun, my mothers would get up shortly after Pa and begin her Christmas Baking...bread, jelly doughnuts, strudel cakes and I would be in the dining room playing with my cut-out dolls. Ah, the aroma, the fragrance, the memories.
Many of us have lasting memories from our childhood holidays. Many memories are tied to traditions that get passed down for generations and the mere practice today stirs emotions.
According to the experts, memories are cemented not because of WHAT we do but HOW we do it. It's about how we share experiences together.
Repetition of an activity...etc.
Memories are based on...etc.
Rehash memories in you mind daily...etc.
