    #NewYearNewMe ?

    in Women

The start of a brand new year is the time when we list goals that we wish to accomplish and habits that we are determined to break. Unfortunately, it is only natural to fall behind and return back to our old waves.
With 2015 in full swing, there is no room for stagnation.

I am honored to have life coach and author of "The 21 Day Challenge: 21 Days to becoming your Authentic Self", Haneef R Jordan, as our guest to address common bad habits, how to become our best selves, and achieving our relationship goals.

records (Marvin Gaye and Sam Cooke) as well as in the local church choir. He
joined an R&B cover band named Fire & Ice while still in high school and quickly
began traveling the region performing in local clubs and talent contests as a solo
    act and with the band.

Rome left Oakwood University in 1989 to pursue his dream of becoming
an R&B singer on the West Coast. He quickly began touring as a back-up
vocalist with R&B singer/songwriters Patti LaBelle and Vesta known for hits
"Once Bitten, Twice Shy", "Sweet Sweet Love", "Special," and her 1989 hit and
signature song, "Congratulations,” in addition to performing in industry
    showcases.

Finally, in 1996 Rome was connected with record producers Gerald
Balilergeau and Victor Meritt who sent his demo tape to RCA Records. The label
signed him immediately and he began working on his debut album, self-titled
ROME, which was released in April 1997. The album soon ascended to #30 on
the Album charts, mainly on the strength of the single, "I Belong to You
(Everytime I See Your Face)," which peaked at #6 in the United States. Rome
had two Top 40 hits from the album, and it was certified platinum.
