How Handle Toxic People In The Work Place

    in Business

How Handle Toxic People In The Work Place is our topic on The Core Businesss Show with Tim Jacquet. Toxic people defy logic. Some are blissfully unaware of the negative impact that they have on those around them, and others seem to derive satisfaction from creating chaos and pushing other people's buttons. Either way, they create unnecessary complexity, strife, and, worst of all, stress. Studies have long shown that stress can have a lasting, negative impact on the brain. Exposure to even a few days of stress compromises the effectiveness of neurons in the hippocampus--an important brain area responsible for reasoning and memory. Weeks of stress cause reversible damage to neuronal dendrites (the small "arms" that brain cells use to communicate with each other), and months of stress can permanently destroy neurons. Stress is a formidable threat to your success--when stress gets out of control, your brain and your performance suffer. This show is sponsored by Apple Capital Group, Inc.

Can You Handle The Truth? A Disease People :

    in Religion

John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Disease - A disorder or incorrectly functioning organ, part, structure of system of the body resulting from the effect of genetic or developmental errors, infection, poisons, nutritional deficiency or imbalance, toxicity, or unfavorable environmental factors, illness; sickness; ailment.

In today's world, if someone is addicted to drugs or alcohol, because of their addiction, they would be diagnosed as having a disease.  This is usually descibed as a mental imbalance due to their lack of self control. Could this also be true for other things that we do that we know are wrong, unhealthy, or, most importantly, unrighteous in the eyes of GOD? But because of our lack of self control or lust, we are unable to or have a very difficult time quiting (repenting). We welcome you to join us as we examine the scriptures to address this issue, that is if you can handle the truth.

We air programs on Blog Talk Radio at the following times: Sun 2:00pm, Mon 8:00pm, Tue 8:00pm, Wed 7:00pm, Thur 8:00pm, Fri 7:00pm & Sat 9:00am.  All times are Eastern Standard Time.
