FIRST HOUR: RICHARD MACK
Sheriff Richard Mack (Ret)
Sheriff Mack is best known for challenging the Brady Bill, a gun control scheme requiring local law enforcement to perform background checks on prospective gun purchasers. He maintained that the Federal Government had no authority to command local officials, and became the first sheriff in American history to sue the Federal Government (under the Clinton administration) and win at the US Supreme Court. The case was based on the Tenth Amendment, states rights and local sovereignty.
Mack is the son of an FBI agent and began his own law enforcement career as a street cop in Provo, Utah. After graduating from BYU in 1978, Mack became an officer with Provo P. D. He was soon promoted to corporal, sergeant, and detective. He spent one year as an undercover narcotics agent. In 1988, Mack moved home to Arizona where he ran for sheriff. He was elected Graham County Sheriff and served as such for eight years. It was during this time – in 1994 – that federal agents informed all sheriffs that they would be required to work for the Federal Government under the mandate of the Brady Bill, and Mack's court case began. Since that landmark ruling Mack has written seven books and appeared at over 120 Tea Party rallies nationwide. He has stood against the incursions of the Federal Government and has fought for civil rights from Hawaii to Bangor, Maine.
He is the Founder and President of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) and is on the Oath Keepers Board of Directors.

Lawyer Proposes Death Penalty For Gays In California With “Sodomite Suppression Act”The Sodomite Suppression Act, McLaughlin’s submission to the state Attorney General’s office, declares same-sex sex is a “monstrous evil that Almighty God, giver of freedom and liberty,
commands us to suppress on pain of our utter destruction, even as he overthrew Sodom and Gomorrha. Alabama Supreme Court Orders a Stop to Same-Sex Marriage Licenses.
Tuesday, March 03, 2015 05:36PM
The Alabama Supreme Court handed down a ruling this evening, ordering a stop to the issuance of same-sex marriage licenses by probate judges.
The order comes after the Elmore County's probate judge requested the state's supreme court for further guidance in regards to issuing licenses.
In the ruling, the supreme court cites an effort to comply with Alabama law, which states marriage is between one man and one woman, as the reason to halt same-sex marriage licenses.
"As it has done for approximately two centuries, Alabama law allows for 'marriage' between only one man and one woman," the ruling said. "Alabama probate judges have a ministerial duty not to issue any marriage license contrary to this law. Nothing in the United States Constitution alters or overrides this duty."MUSICAL GUEST AXEMASTER The release of the band's new album "Overture to Madness" on Pure Steel Records
As if terrorists weren't enough to worry about, now we hear that the Germanwings plane was crashed purposely by the co-pilot. Crime is spiraling out of control and the police are powerless to stop it. Gun laws hurt law abiding people because criminals dont care about the law. Should regular people be allowed to carry and the rest of news of the week.
We discuss a very hot topic, Guns! Guns and gun control. We will also Dicuss Wisconsin Governor Walker and his Casino veto. And why do black liberals hate black conservatives. A quick review of the state of the Union Address and the Milwaukee Streetcar fight!
Today as I take a look around the news landscape I again see some stories involving a government need to target guns and gun owners, as well as a societal need to target seemingly anyone who is willing to stand strong on matters of faith and principle when it comes to so called sexual liberty or LGBT rights. I've got several stories to get to including some baffling statements from our president and vice president, as well as the targeting of a youth group on a college campus, Christian churches that will almost make you wonder if we're still in America, and a Planet Fitness patron who didn't exactly receive great customer service. That's today at 4:30 Eastern, archived after that
Some people say that there is no reason to ever own a handgun. Others say that handguns are necessary to protect yourself from criminals that own handguns. It seems that much of the controversy is centered around handguns but not rifles but is that the way that it always was?
This week we will have Brother Mac of The Legacy of a Nation Show as our guest. Brother Mac is a former Green Beret of the U.S. Army and an Army medic.
We will discuss some of the ways that guns have affected our society from a Black perspective and how it came to be that crimes with guns in Black neighborhoods have become the focal point for gun control.
Do we deserve to be targeted? Should we be held responsible for most of the gun laws that have been implemented by legislation?
Are penalties for gun crimes more harsh for Blacks than they are for other ethnic groups?
What about spree killings and mass murders? How do we fare with those crimes compared to other ethnic groups?
Are you afraid of guns and should you be?
What should be the factors that would influence a person to purchase a gun?
Who is able to purchase and own guns?
Are guns the best means for the protection of your family? What are some other options?
What would this world be like if there were no more guns? What was it like before there were guns?
Be sure to check this show out as we discuss these things as well as many other issues concerning how to protect ourselves whether it's by guns or not.
Tonight, on 'The Boiler Room,' we'll take a look at the arts within the community. Whether they're musicians, painters, writers, or any other form of art: why are artists regarded on a lower status than the engineer, lawyer, or doctor? Then, guns: although many support the right to have them, what would be the limits? Should children be exposed to them? What's the best way to handle them safely? Forat Kuza, instructor of Action Impact Firearms and Training Center, will be live to discuss the good and the bad in regards to guns and gun safety. Then, politicians within the community are scarce: but should we support a Chaldean politician even if
we don't agree with their views? Tune in tonight at 8PM. Call in at 347-857-3847 with questions or comments!
